Drogo: Said to have never lost. Later on beats an uppity lieutenant to death with his bare hands but almost dies from an infected cut.

Feats: Kills giant snake, Bangs a demon, defeats a small army with a couple guys helping him. Uproots an evil cult, Is cricified for several days and lives off the Blood of buzzards he kills with his own teeth (Atleast in the novelization) Kills a Weird mirror monster, Defeats a god.

Feats: Can take on several people at once. Unthrones a warlord, Drives off a giant tentacle monster. Kills several Other barbarian picts as a child.

Of the three i think movie Arnold Conan takes the win Just tougher and more deadly all around.

Khal Drogo IS Conan. Drogo is a homage character, Drogo is Martins way of paying respect to Robert E. Howard. Now considering that Jason Momoa played both Conan and the homage character is pretty cool. Conan wins hand down no contest.
