I think Conan wins barely... he is faster and more agile although Hercules is perhaps a bit stronger. I'm not sure about skill...

read the books/ dark horse stuff, u will see he's taken down bigger things than Herc.

Comic book Conan should win. But Herc's weaponry is magical. Not sure as to the shield and sword's exact properties. I haven't been following depowered Herc in comics so I don't know. Can someone elucidate? 
 
If Herc is weilding a plain old sword and shield, Conan dismantles him. However, my opinion remains reserved pending on the properties of Herc's weaponry.

He is faster than the ape and even manages to overpower him in some instances.
   
Clear display of strength.

 
 
Here he is 17 years old and he slays dozen of zombie like monsters which have killed entire division of soldiers.

I think that this would be a battle of experiance.  Hercules has by far a lot more experiance and training than Conan.

Herc's weapons are flat out better than Conan's on top of that he is just as skilled as Conan is in armed combat & definitely better at unarmed combat
