Yes the Thor Force is a energy reserve that Thor can use to perform almost any type of task.

Vixen would appear to be able to drain off power from her team mates and others, to use herself.
It was shown that she bleed strength from a number of JLA powerhouses to pull off her feat of putting her fist through Amazo.

This very simple power use, that seems to work with just a thought, might prove interesting in it's effect on Thor.

Well many energy manipulators dont need to have the power in them to manipulate it. She can drain what she wants, you really think she could make a good enough dent in the Odin force? More than say the Absorbing man?

How does she absorb someones powers if time is stopped, which also works with just a thought?
