Location: ny city harbor, godzilla is in the water king kong is on the coast, king ghidorah is in flight above the harbor flying next to the helecarrier with the avengers on board

King Ghidorah is the only one that really matters here, everyone else is essentially cannon fodder.

Composite Ghidorah vs composite godzilla, then. Both could easilly 1 shot the other. Godzilla has his survivability and ability to absorb and return Ghidorah's best attack, but Ghidorah literally makes a shield out of Godzilla's own breath and was also highly resistant in the showa era.

Ghidorah wins (easilly btw) due to light manipulation, three beams on godzilla's power level, and the ultra stomp. Godzilla is literally supplying his shield.

lets keep in mind that the shield was only tanking godzillas normal ray. composite Godzilla is shooting spiral heat breath on the low end of his spectrum and earthshattering omega blast on his max. I give you the shield but only till Godzilla gets serious and while I see ghidorah maybe pulling this one out it certainly isn't a stomp
