What can Ultimate Captain America do that Deathstroke the Terminator cannot? Marvel essentially made Captain America into Deathstroke when they created Ultimate Captain America.
Deathstroke should win this due to being more versatile, durability and having longer range and variety of weapons. Not sure who's physically better but deathstroke armor is going to be a major issue for cap and his godkiller sword as well. Deathstroke has much better feats and the only chance cap has is with that shield of his which is going to tank everything deathstroke throws at him unless deathstroke disarms or attacks him where his shield isn't protecting him.
