Comic team vs Anime and manga team

Anime and Manga team (I tried to keep this a peak human and above kind of fight. I wanted to avoid characters like Kakashi and Venom.):

Edward Elric (Fullmetal Alchemist) (no soul transmutation)

Shizuo Heiwajima (Durarara!!)

Black Reaper (Darker than Black)

Claire Stanfield (Baccano)

Spike Spiegel (Cowboy Bebop)

Mugen (Samurai Champloo)

Comic team:

Batman (with Suit of Sorrows)

Ultimate Captain America

Black Panther (current)

Deathstroke (new 52)

Winter Soldier (post 'The Death of Captain America')

Green Arrow (pre new 52)

The fight is in a city during broad daylight. Each team starts on one rooftop. The starting distance is 50 feet. Morals on, bloodlust off. Wins are by KO or kill. Everyone is in character. Which team wins?

Any of the guys have an answer to a teleporting black panther?

Edward can potentially solo honestly.

Edward can perform transmutations(including of people's souls), and can do most without a Transmutation Circle. Granted he does need a Circle to transmute souls, he'll have the time with the rest of his team stalling.

He might not solo, but he comes close enough for the Anime Team to come out on top.

@jmarshmallow: Now that wouldn't be fair. I've limited Ed so that he can't soul transmute.

EDIT: Should I swap out Ed for Guts (Berserk)?

@shiryu: I'd actually put Guts to be more dangerous than Ed.. the guy kills someone literally every time he swings that monster of a sword..

@shiryu: Lol fair enough, I don't know much about the rest of the Anime team, save for Mugen, and just with those two I see the Anime team winning.

Anime characters are far too versatile for just martial artists.

I know that, but Wrath hardly used any transmutation and it is generally accepted that he would beat Edward. I am also sure people like Black Panther or Deathstroke are very similar if not better than Wrath.

I think team anime has a lot of versatility with Ed and Chinese Electric Batman. Shizuo has some crazy strength and can take a beating, so he could stall decently enough.

Overall though, I want to go with the Comics side because of all the tech they have up between GA, panther and Bats. They have a ton of utility on their side.

I could see either side taking it honestly, with Ed vs Tech back up being the deciding factor.

I was about to say these battles aren't allowed but then I remembered only DBZ vs comic fights had been banned. Thankfully.

Black Panther probably solos. Deathstroke gets close, Batman can take on the majority solo, Ultimate Cap can as well. But that's me speaking only with knowledge of Mugen, Edward, and Spike.

These are the weak links.

@nelomaxwell: I disagree about Ed being a weak link. He's fairly fast and can compete with characters like scar or Ran Fan. He also has way more versatility with his alchemy, and can hit harder due to the automail.

Okay maybe he's not a weak link. But he's not the strongest either.

This wouldn't work on the Panther. The Panther God owns his soul and she beat Mephisto.

@nelomaxwell: I agree. I think he becomes stronger if the team can cover him though, which is why he can be a big damage dealer here. Honestly, in pure stats, the Chinese Electric Batman is the strongest for the anime team, if not the most powerful character here due to molecular manipulation. But Ed is definitely a bigger hitter than the other two.

He's also likely more dangerous than Shizuo, considering all Shizuo has is strength, and hasn't even been able to take Izaya.

@shiryu: That's something anyone here could do, and some while taking less damage.

Edward could potentially solo if he destroys the ground under the comic team, hes outright proven that his transmutation is town level when he used his alchemy to cause a power outage.

I think the comic team has too many people who can plan on the fly for them to lose.
