Each Villain gets 1 day of prep and access to 50 of their Minions. Lore/Cutscene feats apply as well.
Heroes get 1 day as well and CAN NOT get any help outside their own teams, keep in mind its the heroes vs the Villains+50 of any of the villains minions.
Fight takes place in San Francisco Harbor. Morals on for the Heroes.
