I don't really know much about Ronan's stats, except that he is a blue Kree with some form of cybernetic enhancement. So he isn't really much stronger than Cap. 'Murica what would give him an edge is the knowledge of Kree foreign kree battle forms and Da Universal Weapon which can manipulate matter and energy.
The Ragtag team of super-friends on the other hand has Luke Cage and Piotr who are both known for being the powerhouses of their respective teams. They are both very experienced in combat with Piotr being the one more experienced with fighting aliens. Peter is really clever and could propablly figure out the weapons mechanics after witnessing it in use + he is also quick and agile unlike the two and could stick to Ronan.
Team Met-in-the-bar 6/10, as they have just the right amount of brute strength and wit thanks to Peter. I like Ronan, but my lack of info about him makes me root with the good ol' heroes, that and the fact he is relatively powerless without his weapon.
Colossus is much stronger than ronan but ronan has the universal weapon so that might put this in his favor considering none of his opponents have any long distance attacks
