We do not know how durable the demon form of Colossus is, we however know know as a normal Juggernaut form, Colossus can be knocked out.

Given the lack of feat, and his only feat thus far in demon form being scaring/ impressive magic and punching Rulk till his eyes went blue (the scan above) i am going to say Despero everytime.

That was his normal juggernaut form, not his demon from as you have put in the OP. He has gone demon from only twice, and only has had 1 fight in that form.

Furthermore, he beat Kuurth after Kuurth lost his main juggernaut powers, and even then he did get to KO him, so while not only do we have no idea how powerful Kuurth is, the fact that Serpent called Kuurth off (which signifies Kuurth would most likely have lost) makes it a hard feat to go by, specially against a guy who fights entire JLA. And even in that fight, Kuurth dented his helmet and he did look hurt, he himself said Kuurth was stronger but the only thing helping Colossus was because now he was unstoppable (with momentum).
