I say Sif because she is a 30 tonner with what im guessing is an uru sword since she is asgardian. Uru is just as durable if not more so that adamantium so i see no reason why she cant pierce him. I highly doubt she uses a regular steel or iron sword. She has the strength and a durable enough weapon to pierce him ( if it is uru). If for some reason she cant pierce him, then she loses.

Yes it should depending on the type weapon. I'm sure if Thor smacked him hard enough with Mjolnir he would be KO'd or dead.

I not sure about that when Ultimate Thor fight Ultimate Colossus look like Mjolnir had no effect on Ultimate Colossus it got Ultimate Thor 15 min of ASSKICKING..

Ultimate Universe is non-canon to 616 continuity. Ultimate Colossus is also stronger than 616 and ult Thor is significantly weaker than 616 Thor.

It is. It can't bend weather patterns, but it's just as durable. And taking her centuries of h2h as well as armed combat experience into consideration with her much greater speed and agility, Sif should take a healthy majority against Colossus.

That, or like @bones309 said, she could always dimension dump him on a moments notice...
