Colossus is stronger and certainly as invulnerable as Ironclad.

Colossus would also appear to be slightly more agile and quicker than Ironclad.

So Colossus for the win.

Colossus has been in numerous combat situations and has fought under the tutelage of one of Marvel's best fighters Wolverine. Plus his physical superiorities equals the win.
