Flash or Brock Venom?

Colossus.

Pic shows Brock so I am going with him. Team Symbiote shown pull a win, but it will take a little while to whittle him down. Bottom line though is that he can neither hit nor hurt them, and even a thunderclap should only annoy them for a few seconds.

If it's Brock then I think Colossus could pull off a win, if it's Flash then I think Symbiotes win. Flash isn't a bad prepster and is more skilled than Brock.

There is nothing the Symbiotes could do to hurt Colossus.

Eddie Brock is Venom, Cletus is Carnage

Carnage is one crazy mofo and Venom is not that bad of a fighter either. they both have a speed advantage over Big C. I can see them pulling off a win by either incapacitating him with their symbiotes or something, maybe Carnage suffocating Colossus via entering his open orifices using his suit.

None of Colossus orifices are at risk.

What makes you say that?

@cf12793: He doesn't need to breathe, that covers the mouth. His eyes and ears are covered by the organic steel, so attacking there should be useless as well.

There's just no way for the Symbiotes to physically hurt Colossus.

I forgot to mention the nose... I'm guessing that's somehow protected as well. But if not I guess that's the Symbiotes chance right there.

Edit: Although if he doesn't need to breathe thru his mouth, then he shouldn't need to breathe thru his nose.

Didn't know that about Colossus. Interesting.

They don't have to physically harm him to win. Carnage has been shown in the past that he can infect people with parts of his symbiote and psychically control them as long as he wants. He can do the same thing to Colossus.

Carnage and Venom both have better reflexes then Spider-Man. (I think Venom's reflexes are on par with Spider-Man, Carnage is faster than both of them, though, or atleast according to Marvel) so it's not like Colossus will be able to tag them if they didn't want to be tagged.

Besides a thunderclap.

@jwalser3: no way he can hit them there too fast and if he does they'll shrug it off there pretty durable

Question for those more knowledgeable than myself: Could this feat apply against Colossus?

I'm curious. How strong is Colossus at this point after separating from Cyttorak? Last I remember, he was a little lower than Ben Grimm's level.

@mightyrearranger: No and yes. Carnage was amped in that arc by expanding his symbiotes mass by eating cattle. That shows why he could affect so many people at once easily. He might be able to do it Colossus since it's less space to cover and easier

Ok, yeah; I recall him needing to prepare himself via that method in order to control so many. I was more curious just how the symbiote controls it's target. (Pseudo-)Scientifically speaking, does it simply require skin contact or does it need to enter the host's body in some way?

I have to go with the symbiotes here. 1. They are extremely durable agains blunt force trauma the only thing colossus has offensively here is thunder clapping (which isnt even at professor hulks level). 2. They are much much faster than he is. 3. They aren't slouches in the strength department, if Im not mistaken, venom is around a 40 tonner and carnage is even stronger still. Sure they aren't punching colossus to death but they can throw him through a building using webs, chuck cars,wrap him in tendrils while they beat him with other weapons etc. 4. They also have a slew of other abilities such as their camo and limited shapeshifting that give them even more versatility. 5. Eddie and Carnage are pretty much in a constant state of bloodlust whereas this is not colossus's normal condition granted it is scary when the big fella gets pissed but he's playing towards the symbiotes' strengths here.

venom and carnage 7/10

Colossus wants to kill Magik himself. They'd be doing him a favor.

I'm just trying to consider power levels as it's not really a fair comparison but Namor effortlessly beat down Mac Gargan as Venom who holds a large physical gap over Brock's Venom. Namor is easily a 100+ tonner though. I never considered Piotr to be one.

He's been a class 100 for awhile now.

Thanks for the clarification. I might be able to see Piotr take out take out Brock, if he can get his hands on him, but Carnage may be a different story entirely.

I don't see how having full knowledge of Colossus helps the symbiotes, but Colossus knowing what works best on them seems to be a huge advantage. Couldn't he get rid Carnage by just popping a gas main? I always remembered Carnage being afraid/extremely vulnerable to fire. Colossus already worked over a Mac symbiote twice in the Dark X-men crossover and that version of Venom is the most powerful physically to date, yes?
