Id say Bombshell, takes this, she has too many powers at her disposal. If this is current Colossus with the powers of the juggernaut, then that'd be a different situation. My two cents at least

Colossus wins since Bombshell cannot use her energy blasts or flight. Bombshell would win 7/10 times if she had all her powers. If Colossus had the juggernauts powers though then he'd win hands down
