Rules and Conditions

• Teams are in character, but determined to kill for victory
• Flawless teamwork for all teams, and full knowledge on teammates
• Each team gets half an hour prep in a separate dimension, and are told they will be fighting three more teams of four in a free for all and that their opponents are not to be underestimated.
• Standard gear
• Teams are led by the first person shown, the leader is responsible for coming up with attack plans that suit their teams strengths. Teams have no issues following the commands of their leader
• Victory by being the team with at least one member left standing, while all other teams are dead.
• BFR is permissible, but any great distance from the battle will result in 20 second teleportation to the center of the battle.
• Characters are all at their strongest, under their own power. One time powerups, and boosts from outside sources (excluding sources that have to do with their own powers) are excluded.
• Rules not stated are to be Comic Vine standard

Arena

• The stars represent where the teams start. They can move anywhere within the battlefield they choose.
• On a grand scale, the battlefield is indestructible. However things like trees, cliffs, etc. can be destroyed.

Blue Team due to Blue Beetle,runner up is Red Team due to Iron Man,and the rest lose

This really comes down to whether or not blue beetle's scarab can see past fantomex's illusions, and I think he can. So team blue

I don't know all the characters, but Iron Man and Blue Beetle are another tier from everyone else, from what I can tell. Since Iron Man has Carnage, who I believe is the toughest of the various Venom-versions (although I'm happy to be corrected on that), I would guess team red takes it. I've been told that Fantomex can no longer create illusions; I don't have independent verification on that though.

I'll say Blue team. Blue Beetle is MVP with Cap coming up with a battle strategy during prep time

Team red and blue are the only ones that matter, but team red should win be a use I believe iron man is slightly more powerfully than blue beetle but if he is not they still have antman and carnage

Not that this has anything to do with the setups or logic, but I learned an important life lesson as a youth. Wesley Snipes taught me. He said "Always bet on black."

Blue due to best leader and strongest powerhouse.

Love how everyone is jumping on Blue Beetle and Iron Man ... when the real MVP's are Cloud and Vergil.

Especially Cloud. His supers and summons are OP endgame (Bahamut ... what are they going to do against this planet buster??). Would make Superman blush.

As much as I'd love Cloud to win (He's pretty awesome) I have to inform you that this is Advent Children Cloud. Who is around the same level as the other characters IMO. His speed and strength when rid of the Geostigma are pretty superb.

Blue du to blue beetle, team red comes in second. Black third. White fourth

Ah ... that's a little contradictory to the "characters at their full power" comment in the OP. But OK then.

It states that it's Advent Children Cloud in that same OP.

He's able to take a bullet direct to the face, able to kill a giant dragon monster (bahamut) with one attack

Able to fight sephiroth who could solo all of these guys at once
