Colonel America (w/ The Power Cosmic) Vs Black Lantern Batman

Col. America has two days prep, his shield & the fraction of the powers he gained by eating the Silver Surfer. 
BL Batman has no prep and has x1 fully charged ring. 
The Battle takes place at Wayne Manor, and all morals (If any) are off.  
And they both have bloodlust 

Well eatting each other wont do it...hmmm...I say Colonel America

Black Lantern Batman wins.....Col would either need a WL Ring or 2 different Rings...

Black Lantern Batman should win this fight.

IMO BL Batman. No matter what he would keep regenerating. Unless his ring is destroyed completely but I'm really not sure if Cosmic Powers have what it takes to do that.
