Collossusnaut has few feats... but isn't he supposed to make normal Juggernaut look like a pansy?
I don't actually think Kara could beat normal Juggernaut without BFR. I mean, what pure fighter can actually beat Juggernaut without BFR? I don't even think Darkseid+Orion+Hulk beats Juggernaut without BFR...

EDIT: Kara has basically ZERO freeze breath feats, and putting the red ring on her when theoretically nobody can outmuscle a Cytorak avatar is just stupid... The red ring just makes her more durable, stronger, and able to napalm plasma spew... as well as makes her dumb as a rock when a fight starts. She's a noob red :(
Normal Kara would at least be able to think up a plan before losing :(
hmm... Colossus has limited feats, and we really don't know how much physical power it takes to K.O. his demon form since we never saw that form get hurt.
