Anyway, for all of those people who vote James, you guys were wrong. If this is neutral cole, Cole 7/10 because he only can use his lightning powers or if hero cole, cole 8/10 bcuz he can also use Kuo's ice powers or if this Beast Cole, Cole 10/10 because he could use Nix's Fire powers.

But I'll say this now, there is a limit to Prototype's regeneration. And they are neither weak or resistant to electric attacks. Only vulnerable and not once have they shown adapting over it. And certainly not Cole's oevel of voltage

This. And also, inFAMOUS Characters Regeneration/Healing Factor is like Wolverine, so incredible. Prototype characters regeneration is like DeadPool
@darkwrath hmmm... By the Movie versions. Movie Wolverine has a quick regeneration while Movie Deadpool has a weak regeneration. They might has a same regeneration in the Comics but, in movie versions, their healing factor is kind of different
@slade_fan_4life: ... The Prototypes regenerative abilities/healing factor is not really that weak once they have sources of biomass in their disposal And Mercer has shown better Regen feat than Heller, like Survived and regenerated from a nuke with only a small mass from a crow.
@darkwrath: Imo he didn't tank it but rather survived the nuke but you make a fair point. Then again he needed a crow for that and seemed weakened still after that
