I don't see how standard Doom would take out Cole, but he's always got a high-tech trick up his sleeve. If he had prep it's obviously a different story, but as it is i think it's a pretty good fight.

Doom's tech is not the problem for Cole.

With no prep, Doom has magic at his disposal.

Doom had many tricks up his sleeve. Don't know how Cole would do against magic. EMP the area, ditch the armor, conjur up some spell and he is good to go.
