2.Kesler aside (he can be hurt by his shock grenades so i think he can hurt himself so Kesler doesnt count)I'm pretty sure Cole is imune to all forms electricity so no eletric based attacks will hurt him factor that in when you say who wins

He can only beat Nick Fury provided its a random encounter

Cole can't be injured by electricity, but that doesn't stop his face being caved in by a rising knee faster than light.
