COIE Monitor is threat to all dimensions while Galactus destroys one planet at a time. Anyway, it would be fun but I go with AM.

You seem to be one of the few if not the only one to take Galactus, what are your reasons behind this?

It has been stated that a fully fed Galactus is as strong as Living Tribunal. Also has admitted that he cannot beat Galactus. The heralds might not be of much help though.
