Cloak&Dagger vs. Blink

It occurred to me at some point that Blink has the collective powers of both Cloak & Dagger (xcept the detox thing dagger can do). So, lets mash them up in battle to see whats what....

Dagger (current)

vs. 

Blink (necrosha version)
 
Battle takes place in an alleyway approximately 150ft long and 20ft wide in NYC. Everyone is in character (morals on for cloak & dagger, off for necrosha blink). Neither are aware of the others' abilities. No bfr (yes, i know, teleporters and all that, but hey, lets make em fight it out). Opponents start in alley 35ft from each other. Cloak & Dagger are aware that Blink is an enemy combatant (and Blink knows they are heroes out to stop her).

not even a nibble?? yeesh...

id say blink, whatever dagger throws at her, couldnt she just open up a portal to dodge it? as for cloak, i mean without BFR he really couldnt do anything to blink could he?

i dont think so....ive never seen him able to actually draw ppl into the cloak. he has to be close i think, which blink wouldnt let him do....

Cloak is affected by Dagger's attack if it hits him right?
