On first impression im going with DA unless Jean beats Sentry and has enough power to deal with the rest of the DA after they beat the xmen. if you take Sentry and Jean out DA curbstomps xmen its the numbers game

The numbers look even - 8 on 8. The X-men have Phoenix, Colosus, and Storm as there big hitters. The Dark Avengers have Sentry and Ares. Not taking anything away from the rest of th combatants as everyone on both teams are formidable combatants in there way. The deciding factor here, for me, is which team is the better TEAM, and that catagory I give to the X-men. It would be an extreamly tough fight, but in the end the suporiour leadeship and teamwork of the X-men would win the day. That's only my opinion of course.
