I think Thor is in trouble in this fight. Since Nero is very skilled with the Yellow Power Ring he seems to always give Kyle Rayner decent fights and with the extra fire power of Major Force, Thor could lose here in minutes.
Classic Thor probably loses. He could never really go with out his hammer. He was uber strong though. In one issue He hit a tank with a tree so hard it shattered it on a molecular level. So he's good in strength. He was fast enough to be a blur while robbing a bank. In durability he would test himself next to atomic like bombs for military. But the 60 second rule.

Thor could absorb the energy construct into his hammer. They wouldn't be to much of a problem. But these two are much stronger then Mr.hyde and the cobra.

Your so right about that lol. Most of the time though if thor cuts loose he might kill a foe he really doesn't want to. In some what if comics he has been shown to break hulks neck but usually in the regular comics he has to try and just punch him.
