John Rambo, colonel Matrix (Commando), John Mcclane, Luc and Scott the Universal Soldiers (everyone has pistol, 3 grenades, AK-47 and MG 43 Machine Gun they have unlimited number of magazines but they must reload plus they can call for Robocop and Terminator who will help them for 30 seconds)

1000 Stormtroopers=800 movie version and 200 EU version (standard equipment and can call for two Dark Troopers who will help them for 30 seconds)

Stormtroopers, the 3 grenades won't do anything as their armor protects them, the pistols won't do anything. The AK and MG could probably do something though. But Stormtroopers have this, the Dark Troopers can just sweep in and destroy them within 30 seconds really. Depending on what version of a Dark Trooper anyway, a Phase 2 Trooper sweeps, Phase 3 sweeps, Phase Zero helps out, though I wouldn't call the Phase Zero an actual Dark Trooper. None of the team's armor is gonna be able to even get through the Dark Trooper armor(except perhaps the Phase Zero), so when the Stormtroopers call them in, it's pretty much over.
Speaking of accuracy btw, Stormtroopers are accurate as shown here...
Also in the Alligience novels, a squad of Stormtroopers dispatched a group of swoop bikers.
Speaking of, Stormtroopers do carry powerful thermal detonators as shown..
Dark Troopers have phrik armor(except for the Phase Zero), which is highly durable.
The Phase One Dark Trooper, a mere skeleton was primitive yet relentless, it's structural frame, forearm shield and razor-edge carving blade were cast from Phrik, an exceptionally durable alloy.
The Phase 2 was the standard unit, it's additional phrik body shell made it tougher than the Phase 1.

Each Phase 2 carried a devastating assault cannon that fired plasma shells and long range explosive rockets.
They also had good manuverability.
It's repuslorlifts engine and flight jets gave it superior maneuverability in the air.
A small group of Phase 2 destroyed an entire Rebel Base.
Phase 3...let's not go there, that is just even more overkill.
