Who wins?
Sorry guyz, CLASSIC STRANGE too
Dr. Fate solo stomps(since Strange wasn't designated "classic" as well).
@theking47: No, he doesn't solo.
Classic Dr. Fate at least equals him(roughly).
@theking47: Haha. Yeah, that I can agree with.
@theking47: CA and Thor take their battle else where to devise a way to fake injuries and tag out.
Team one but it isn't a stomp. (They do take this handily however.) People realize that when Dr. Fate was doing all that crazy stuff he did so with preparation right? Without it the guy got his @$$ hand to him by Superman and was one-shot by Mondru (Probably butchered that name.) who only had the absorb powers of Alan Scott and Hal Jordan. (Or at least that's how I remember it.)
@eyedcyou: lol thor vs CA would be cool who do you think wins
@the_man_with_questions: I don't ever remember him getting beat by SM. Scans please? I think you meant Mordru.
@apocalypse3: I have trouble picking this one. Probably Captain Atom. He's probably got more raw power.
@theking47: When the hold there own as good as Fate did it is pretty impressive especially since the only way that Spectre was able to beat Fate was through BFR so that says a lot.
@theking47: I have always considered them to be on the same level (SA Spectre and LT), and if things get too heated Nabu would assume full control of the helmet and proceed to wreck everything in sight.
Classic Strange is also over hyped and required preparation to form must of his spells like Fate. Captain Atom turns him into a carrot.

Lol
Captain Atom is probably the most powerful here not sure why people are saying he's a nonfactor. Certainly Strange and Fate have higher end feats but Captain Atom has way more versatility and doesn't have cast times.
Still team 1

@kingant27: You already said that.

Well Classic fate is physically impervious to any physical attack and can only be harmed by magic...so CA definitely not the most powerful. Fate has done things that put CA's feats to shame.
@eyedcyou: I know thor has raw power but not on CA level
Thor and Captain Atom have no business being here and are essentially non-entities who get wiped out the instant the sorcerers decide to pay them any mind.
Fate and Strange beat each other into the ground without accomplishing much just as they always do.
not all Classic Fate's high end feats were with prep. Also Superman wouldt beat classic fate at all. For one thing without magic ( no talismans) he was close to superman in strength and invulnerability (his kryptonite is the need to breath -gas etc can harm him). His magic is below Classic Strange by a little
imo but compensated for by his energy and matter manip. A battle bdtween the two is and always has
been a each way bet.
30th century Mordru (the name you didnt completely butcher) is well above classic Fate or strange and a little below Odin level ( say a little over Thanos). He had absorbed over half the universes magic by that point. It took every mage in the 30th century just to bind him to earth. We're talking about a guy who casually solos the demons three and the combined SA JLA, JSA, and LOSH ( a total of 9 SA Kryptonians a few flashs, a few GL, two WW's etc)
Now if Captain Atom is pre 52 than he does make quite a difference as he was immune to magic. Also Thor with Mjilnor cwn absorb all their energy

Classic Fate has every single power that nu52 Captain Atom has without ever casting a spell. he has super strength on the level of Superman and is physically impervious without a talisman. Has the power of flight and can levitate other objects also without his magical talismans and has mystic senses (precog). When you add in the power of magic that he wields (and his magic only requires that he visualize something) there is no way in hell that Atom is "more versatile"
Energy manipulates with naught but a thought
Second lot of scans are casual matter manipulation without the need for spells
Can control time, space and dimension, also with a thought.
without the full size helmet of nabu and all the magic it gives him
The guy can move a planet at will
So far not a single spell has needed to be cast.
@kingant27: And there's no need to repeat the same damn answer, obviously.
Because typing it a second time contributes oh so much insight......
@beatboks1: Lol why did he destroy that planet in the first place? I see it often but don't know the context.
@kingant27: It's just pointless.
