Superman Prime takes this pretty easily. Superboy Prime takes super strong magic attacks from Mordru who was a big threat to Shazam the wizard....Superboy Prime laughed off his magical attacks.
Superman Prime is far more powerful he beat up Mxy. Sorry classic strange fails trying to be better than Mxy.

What I like about Dr. Strange is that he likes to pretend he dies. His battle tactics remind me of Kakashi.

Did Superman Prime ever went up against Cosmic Entities let alone Omnipotent's?..From what i remember Strange took on Pre Recton Beyonder and Living Tribunal.Evan Death couldn't kill him...

I do believe this is a spite match, indeed, that is the case. According to my notes here Dr.Strange has already went up to beings so omnipotent that he doesn't even need penis enlargement pills. As for the emo superman inserting mxy's penis in his own butthole, it clearly indicates nothing other than voluntarily action from the latter for his sheer entertainment. It is further being confirmed by the victim himself.

@lytet5: When Myx got home he was crying and feared for his life saying that Prime would kill everyone in the 5th dimension if he came back. Doesn't matter if you like it or not but Strange can't beat Prime.

Well, I do recall that i read Mxy questioning himself after the plight why he didn't just wipe prime out of existense, but maybe you're right, I may just thought it up. Prime could likely blitz Dr. Strange, a valid tactic.

Apart from that he would lose.

@lytet5: Initially after the fight he says he should give him what for but when he gets home this is his reaction to what Prime has done and it's his last ever Pre 52 appearance.

Prep: Dr strange wins quite easily.

No prep: Prime punches his head off before he can even think of an enchantment.

it's only a matter of time until classic Strange figures a way to deal with Prime...Blitz won't work against classic Strange who has auto shields...even if can't beat prime under his own powers and abilities Strange can always summon....

Prime could throw universe shattering punches a million times a second, to counter a ruthless beating like that strange would have to conjure spells or summon, but it would be too late

4 month Bump to say that's most likely how Strange would lose, I mean he couldn't put his shields up in time to avoid getting beat up by Spider-Man >:P

He's not weak to magic, in fact he's resistant, but magic can hurt him.

Superboy Prime punches aren't universe shattering. Reality was already fractured when he did it. Anyone with enough strength probably could have done it
