Evidently. But, Doomsday doesn't have to let him go anywhere if he attempts to take flight in the midst of a close-quarters battle. He could always grab him by the ankles and slam his body into the ground if he tries to get away. "

Superman is just as fast, and Doomsday did a good job of stopping him. There was even a time when Superman attempted to blitz Doomsday, and he reacted accordingly by tossing him away. Besides, I don't see why Black Adam would be flying faster than light on Earth. "

no, it was due to wind resistance and stuff like that, garrick finally took his speed to go FTL when they were both just under light speed. "
