This is an interesting fight...i want to say Dr. strange wins, bit I'm not sure how much magic will hurt Pin Head if the cube (or whatever) hasn't been dealt with. Pin Head's chain attacks will do little to nothing. Strange wins...i don't know how, but he does.

I like Pinhead and all, but I sincerly doubt that he is on Mephisto's level.

Dr. Strange will kill Pinhead. He'll just summon Lady Death to do his bidding. Hell, Death herself can't even kill Strange. Look up Dr. Strange: Sorcerer Supreme #45

In my honest opinion. Pinhead would be better off fighting Ghost Rider or Dante. Classic Strange is like Godly compared to him. Death can't kill him, Mephisto can't scratch him, he plays ball with Tribunal and humbles PR-Beyonder.

I can almost say this is spite, but I won't because Strange is somewhat of a jobber anyway.

Pinhead is pretty awesome...

But most of his magic is kidnapping, abduction, portal-creation, teleportation, and conjuration of chains/spikes. None of that matters to classic Strange. Strange destroys.
