Round 1: Who would win with prep? Team FF or team Apocalypse? And why?

Round 2: Who would win in a random encounter? Team FF or team Apocalypse, and why?

Please do not be biased but state your reasons why and then back them up. A lot of people on here seem to easily underestimate BIG Apoc, and this is classic Apocalypse and not the Blood of Apocalypse PIS crap lol...

I don't know how any body could prep for Apocalypse since hes telepathic so he'd just with a thought put all of them down in both rounds .

That's why you're not Reed Richards. Although the amount of prep time isn't specified I'd say anything above 6 hours and he can at least nullify the telepathy
