or something that tries to take control of eveything
civil war
I would want them fighting for the government, but they would have millions in damaged property and if the hero's don't pay, the gov't will have to and that' will significantly weaken the country. There's always a way that super powered villains can get the information, many ways. It just depends.
I'm anti registration. I stand for what I believe in, and I feel that registration shouldn't be done because that puts the heroes family's at risk. I stand behind Captain America on this one.

"read the second part of that sentence. what i mean is they could people working in the organization and info from them "
You not hearing me. First, if no one knows about the registration but the heroes, then how would the villains know? You keep dodging my questions, with what if what if. That is not a useable arguement.
But the registration also requires Villains to register. If the villains aren't informed, than its not being fair. Either way somewhere along the line, somebody is losing.
villains try to find out about the heros as much as possible and find out about the regegersation and in marvel it came a public law

The Fantastic Four's identity is public, so was the Avengers, dont give me this BS about family's in danger, cause the only one that effects is Spiderman, and if he were a government employ then measure would be taken to ensure there safety. The President of the United States has enemy's, and everyone knows him and who his family are and even where they live, but there are protected, if a superhero cant protect his loved ones, then he ain't much of a hero is he.
But if a hero spends all his time fighting super powered villains like Venom, or Mysterio. It effects Peter because he has a family. The fantastic 4 are family and they are heroes. Ironman has no family. Some heroes have no family or have very little to risk. But there are others who have much to risk.
As a requested hero Peter wouldn't have to fight them alone and all the time. There would be shifts and down time, I cant believe I have to explain this to you. The Fantastic Four have other family members that are not on the team, they have mother's and father's and grandparents and cousins, same with the Avengers, they have family, and they never get targeted. Like I said, you dont have to register, you can just stop being a hero, stop fighting crime and live with your family, and then you wouldn't have to worry right?

But they aren't constantly shown in the comics. I won't lie the registration is a good idea, but I can't find a way it'll work without something wrong going on. My issue, is keeping the identities secret. That's why I'm anti. Because of the identities being found out by villains. But what about damages for saving the day? I wouldn't want heroes being the ones who need to pay millions for damages. They already have to deal with super powered killers. That's bad enough. How do you think identities can be protected? (obviously the gov't in marvel didn't think this through)
The government would pay, and before you say anything, they could market certain heroes, like Spiderman breakfast cereal and Captain America flags. I'm a genius.
The marketing thing I think would be great, and I think it would be even better if the heroes were payed to fight crime. Like an advanced SHIELD. But still, the issue of the identites. Can they be locked away in the confines of say Charles' mind or Vision's mind?

Now your thinking outside the box, there is no 100 percent protection of the identities, but I like your idea on both counts.
Thank you Gambler. Because I just thought about it, these heroes save lives and don't get any reward for it, they should be rewarded. And their ID's should be confidential. Like I say, Proffessor X should use his psychic powers to put mental shields in his head and make it so that somebody else, like Jean can take out the shields in case the id's need to be taken.
