Sorry, just to clarify. Unless Circe has the PIS and CIS that was on her side during War of the God's, she could have a months prep and Mordru none and he's still have this easy. That is unless we're talking Mordru when he first took mortal form ( back in Amethyst when he took over the body and absorbed the soul he has used ever since).

What was the PIS and CIS on Circe's side during War of the Gods?
Outside of Spectre isn't Mordru the most powerful magic being in DC or would that be Hecate?
Also, side question, regarding Hecates power. Would you say Hecate and/or War of the Gods Circe is as powerful as Multi-Eternity from Marvel? Or closer to someone like the Dark Phoenix?
It took the combined power of Dr Fate (Inza), Zatanna, Madame Xanadu, Etrigan and Phantom Stranger casting a spell through Wonder woman and Geo-Force to enhance the spell (by linking it to mortal love and the earth IIRC) to defeat her.
She has NEVER had any other showing even close to the same level that I'm aware of.
2. Based on what Little I know of Hecate I'd say her Now days. Though WOTG Circe would be close.

Current Circe has the full power of Hecate if im not mistaken. Would that not give her the win? Wonder Woman was doing crazy stuff with only a portion of her power.
