Avengers are too much for the Gaurdians.
Hulk can solo the whole team at once. Drax will take a beating before he goes down, but i don't see him as being on the same level as Thor or Hulk.
Thor can solo the whole team. Groot gets the rock-monster treatment. Drax takes a beating like Ronan gave him, and the others are non-factors to Thor.
Iron Man could probably solo, but he would have serious issues against Drax if Drax had half a brain. This would be a tough fight. Star Lord has alien tech which will cause a problem, but Stark would beat him dead one on one. Gamora can't take hits from Stark, but she could run interference. Racoon needs to build something to take stark down, and i think he could if given the chance, but he needs prep. Groot can't take sustained fire from ironman, but can be a big distraction. Drax could actually kill stark if Stark were dumb enough to trade with him, but he isn't.
Cap can't hurt Drax, really. Cap would have a really hard time with Groot, but he would be able to smoke Quill or Rocket. Gamora will give him a hell of a hand to hand fight. So Cap would be better taking the distractions away from the heavy hitters so they can concentrate on Drax and Groot.
Black widow and hawkeye are in deep trouble in this fight if the gaurdians can get a bead on them. Either of them could beat Quill about 70% in a heads up fight, and Rocket they could take pretty easy.
Groot is going to cause big issues for Black widow, though maybe hawkeye could blow him up. Drax can probably tank anything these two throw at him and walk right over their dead bodies.
Gamora has all the skill of Black widow, plus superhuman physique and reflexes, so she should be able to take them both at once.
