Fine, as i return to the vine, i see fewer tourneys up, and i really like a good viner debate.

So, how about creating one?

Rules:

Each user gets to pick a team, and a Bonus for each round. Bonuses will be revealed once the slots are filled.

You can use only the feats from the specified version

You can ask a user to form a team, and sign up for a 2vs2.

Unless specified, everyone gets standard gear.If you can't decide if an item is standard or it is not, or you think your adversary is abusing of the equipment(it has to be reasonable for a standard-non prepped situation),i get the last word.

Teamwork will not be considered, everyone will fight as they where great companions.

Everyone in the team, gets 10 extra clips, a scope and a camo net.

Guys, guys, i want to make it clear.

There are tons of standard street leveler teams tournaments on the vine, and I've seen alot of them being won because of the team choice and not for the debating.

I've created a "pick a team" and not a standard tourney because i did not want that, and i'll accept only teams composed only of characters i know well enough, to be sure none of the team is overpowered or has power-combos.

So, i'm sorry, i have to reject these three teams.

And btw, both the teams with claymore members are too powerful.

I don't onestly think you've got the level of the tourney, check the teams, alot of them have only peak humans, most of these are alot over that......

Sabertooth (Over 2 tons in feats and killed a Wendigo)

Iron Fist (Destroyed a Heli Carrier, nearly did in Skaar, taken out the Wrecking Crew, decimated Vibranium Suit Black Panther)

Black Panther with Vibranium and Suit and Upgrade (the same suit that tanks hits from Adamantium and 20 tonners)

Bane on Venom (Over 2 tons)

The Elric Brothers (Each one has city block busting feats)

What are the limits? They are clearly above Peak Human.

Yes, but it's often one for team, not all in one, and sabertooth is quite weak imo.The suit does not make possessor better, and elric bros are at beginning of story level, so they are quite weak(Al needs a circle to trasmute, come on!)

Angel is very hard to kill and would limit alot scenario(i would be forced to make it at night) jason is harder to kill than anyone here.

Maybe Werewolf would be good, but he would be the strongest here i think

Benders are pretty much screwed agenst anyone with a gun and a good aim.

The problem with a "Pick A Team Scenario" is that you are creating teams that of characters that only you know, and combinations of characters that plenty of people dislike, this creates a "lack luster" team member so to speak. You may know a lot about Deathstroke and Ravager, but what if you know nothing of or even hate Deadshot? See what I mean. I don't see why you using this style of tourney to improve debating, because if a user is going off of sololy what is on a respect thread, and has no knowledge of the character, then it's not debating and it'll cause problems.

This,its alright to use the respect thread to brush up on more recent feats,background stuff and get some better feats but basing your entire argument on a respect thread on a character you know nothing about its going to cause a lot of problems.

I know about these issues, but i've already explained my reasons, and you all know there are been and there will be plenty of standard team street level tourneys here on the vine, this aims to be a bit different.

There will be no prep, or if there will be, it surely won't be at the first rounds or for all matches.

The shadow and the fantom have different incarnations.

The phantom is fine, whyle some incarnations of the shadow had some physic powers, and i'd like to have nothing like that here.

@the_legendary_supersaiyan_hulk i've checked, and or you take the FMA team already in the list, or i give you the Levi-Mikasa-Armin team of FMA, can't see other possible roads.

I know nearly all the mangas you listed(you have really good tastes sir) but most of them put the base level alot over Peak human(Naruto-BE-Yuyu--Toriko).

Maybe Shinobi no Kuni could have a team too.

All bonuses are addition to standard gear, it's in OP.I would not put them against low superhumans/incredibly good martial artistswith only H2H

Nope, teleport is a bit OP for this level, and a team full of teleporters is surely outgunning the average of the other teams.

Of course Everyone has standard gear unless specified differently, it's in the op.

@pierpat: Just for the record no version of the Shadow has ever actually had psychic ability. for all it was more a learned thing his ability to control others was alwas a hypnotic thing using voice control ( taught my several martial arts including one I studied called Hwarang Do )same with senses. point is moot anyway since someone else has him.
