Voldemort stomps; the charmed one's really weren't all that great tbh. They were made to seem great, but really they relied alot on their friends and the Book of Shadows.
seriously so when they defeat the Source they relied on their friends to defeat him?
Yes, they did. If you recall at one point the needed Leo and Cole to come save them because the Source had them screwed (When he was messing with Piper's mind). Cole later had to take in the Hollow, at which point he absorbed the Source's powers (which gave the sister's their powers back), so that they could then use the spell to vanquish him (calling upon the power of their family line).
Cole had to depower the Source first; and then they still needed help from their family lineage to vanquish him. And even then it didn't vanquish him completely; it just made Cole the new Source.
His baby later killed himelf, the Seer, and all her demons; while freeing the Sisters: all because he was never fully turned and never lost the good inside of him because Cole had been good and never turned fully evil.
In short; Cole kicked the Source's ass and the Sisters took the credit.

Freeze power + shatter power = dead Voldemort :D
Her powers don't work well on powerful villains. They can break through her freezing (at which point she can't really freeze them again), and they can either avoid her combustion (such as when Leo orbed in the middle of it), or they can resist it (such as when she hits them only to find it only takes out a small chunk), or they can simply reform (such as the Cole as the source). And they did all of that without using a magical shield. Against magically shielded items (such as the house Gate that was magically protected) her powers are even less useful (it took her like 5 tries to just blow the gate open, not even destroy it). So Voldemort; who's very powerful, can apparate and disapparate silently, and who can cast magical shields and protection spells; wouldn't be overly fazed by her powers unless he simply stood there and let her attack him without even trying to defend himself.
Round 1: Voldemort stomps. He is the strongest wizard in the Harry Potter universe, second only to Dumbledore himself. Piper's powers aren't going to do jack against him with all of the spells he has at his disposal.
Round 2: Hmm... I might have to think about this one...
The Charmed zones will kick his butt with no problem.
Which charmed ones
And piper can beat him by herself as she could freeze anything that he throws her, and not to mention she can freeze him. Also her molecular combustion would be know match for any spell he has
Avada Kedavra>>>Molecular Combustion. That power ain't stopping the killing curse.
I agree with the person that said piper solos... she could freeze time and blow him up. Also Paige, has the ability to redirects blasts at him, She can "orb" stuff back at him..
