I'm thinking Willow, 
she knows a huge array of spells and powers. Especially in Season 8 she's become more offensive with her types of powers and can even fly.

Probably Willow

Charmcaster has higher intelligence and can depower willow, draining her mana. She has chance of victory.    

Willow wins easy. She cannot be harmed by any magical or supernatural force, so Charmcaster is screwed lol. She'll probably absorb her power then disintegrate her with a thought.

charmcaster would win because she has an army and the charms of bezel and even the alpha rune witch lets here control the magic that come from ledgerdomain

willow don't use mana she uses magic energies from different dimensions and natural energy's from the earth.

U wish charmcaster could touch willow. Willow is literally able to drain magic and life energy and rips souls out of people and places. Willow was able to stop time react to an explosion while it was happening, she grew back her brain after be lotomize and heal and entire amry base after . She has altered reality with easy turn a group of demons into kittens with easy turn dawn into giant with easy . She has fought with gods hell even killed on and he lived between all realities was going to destroy all of them . She faced a old one like dagon in his own dimensions and she beat it lift a mountain and dropped it on him and threaten to take over. She was able to hurt orsiris with a scream. She can resurrect the dead . Anthing charmcaster tries willow just absords decodes and just use it back at her instantly . If willow entered legerdomin she just take all the power and crush the little brat and adwecha.

i still thing charmcaster would win she owns her own dimension and controls mana itself has her own army knows all kinds of spell and she even rips the life of every living thing from legerdomain she can manipulate mana in it purist form she was able to summon what ever she want has loads of magic objects she can bring back the dead she can open portals she can fly she can shape shift turn who ever she wants into a totem

Charmcaster need to do a ritual to rip out life forces, willow does it by thought and again she went to other dimensions own by god level beings where they are at full power and have full control of their dimension and she went there and kick their asses. So it would be the same her army wat even at full power willow can take armys of demons willow can drain chamcasters minions of magic. like I said she also draings life energy. So alpha rune or not willow has to much power. Lets not forget willow cant be killed by magic and she can self regenerate from mortal wounds. Also lets not for get willow is a powerful telepath she mind control a demon who is immune to mind control. So charmcast is really screwed.

Alpha Rune Charmcaster could potentially solo main Buffy cast. Including Willow.

Ha u wish when she got her ass whooped by ben wearing it. Well willow has the seed of wonder which connectd her to the enitre multiverse and the alpha rune could not touch illyria at full power who is like alien x and can destroy the multiverse by destroying all of time. Madye she can touch buffy but not when shes running on twilight power which the power of a universe . And willow return magic to an entire dimension with her own magic she is alpha rune potenial , hell every

attack charmcaster uses will just be absorb by willow. Charmcaster needs the alpha rune to summom beings like illyria to bargin with them to bring the dead back. Willow resurresct buffy and kenndy without 60000 souls and onces told the might mystical forces that she was incharge and does wat ever she wants. So dont over play the alpha rune its power full but hardly any help especially to someone like willow who beats up god level beings that can screw up all realities in their own dimension were they are most powerful at.
