Charles Xavier vs Professor X
Who would win? Both have powerful Psych abilities. Charles has the mobility of a normal human while Professor X has his floating wheel chair contraption. That might give Professor X the upper hand. But we also know that Charles loses his ability to walk after a bullet hits his spine, so eventually he might develop a sophisticated wheel chair as well.
