Itachi uses clones, can put professor X in an illusion before the fight starts. Pretty much a stomp...they both crush minds but Itachi can put him in it faster. He doesn't really have to focus, just make eye contact or point at X.
Itachi has scarier mind games than Professor X's btw...72 hours of being impaled by katanas in a second...yeah..
Its hard to say how fast he is, considering anime and manga dont give info on the physical capabilities of their characters like comics do. He's fast enough to move at such speeds that even someone like kakashi couldn't read his movements. Kakashi has a sharingan which basically allows him to read a persons body language and predict there next movement. He's also fast enough to throw mutliple shurikens while at the same time making various hand seals without people realizing it. I honestly cant say if he is faster than thought, i would probally say no, but its still going to take a split second for Xavier to think of taking him out with his mind. Itachi could have used that moment to appear behind him, and then take him out.

X's mind powers are far better the illusions that Itachi has will not work on Xavier but Xavier will probably make itachi think that they did when he puts him in to a comma

How are X's mind powers better than the Mangeyoku Sharingan? It cant be proven. You have to use their other abilities. Itachi often uses clones in a fight, has better speed by far too. Xavier is focusing on reading a clone's mind while Itachi is putting 10 Shurikens in his back....thats how it can end. All Xavier has going for him is hoping he can overcome Itachi's Mangeyoku Sharingan...if they can't manipulate each other's minds then it will come down to combat and direct damage abilities and Itachi has it.
Itachi can also look at him with Amatarasu which incinerates anything he looks at.

I don't know about that. Are there any examples of X using superhuman reaction speed? Charles is a very powerful telepath, but his physiology is still that of a normal human.
Explosive clones can take out Xavier unfortunately...

nah,that was just an assumption,i just think it would make sense X thinking faster than normal pepploe because of telepath but no,i cant prove it

yeah they can if Itachi use it,i just dont think he would have time to do that but i dont see how Itachi could trick someone that can/should read his mind like he did to Kurenai at this scan
