So? Fred did nothing but terrorize children, Charles murdered adults, heck, he has even taken down full grown men as a 3 ft doll.

Yeah but Charles was a strangler who ambushed his victims from behind. Don't get me wrong I'm not saying I thing Fred is tougher I'm just saying while they were alive I doubt ether of them could've taken a grown man in a fair fight.
