Destroyer and buster are the same thing, but Jaspers has never destroyed a universe.

Jaspers and emperor joker don't count for much, and chaos king can beat spectre. Team 1 wins.

@betatesthighlander1: Joker as Emperor Joker did have 99% of Mxyzptlk's powers, and considering that Mxyzptlk (along with Bat-Mite) destroyed and recreated the multiverse in the stroy arc "Superman and Batman: World's Funnest", it's pretty obvious how powerful Emperor Joker should be.

Also Spectre during the Emperor Joker story arc told Superman that if he didn't stop the Joker all of reality would be doomed.

P.S. I know the stroy arc "Superman and Batman: World's Funnest" isn't canon but still it did show use what DC imps could do and how powerful they can be.

COIE Spectre lose with COIE AM. CW Hercules recreated Multiverse, which puts him above COIE AM. Chaos King won with him.

Normal Spectre isn't even close that level, considering that he was highly amped during COIE.
