Champion wins. Glads already lost to Champion in the same arc that She-Hulk fought th Champion in.
True though to be fair, Champion had the Powergem when he fights Glads, and I think currently he still doesn't have it, but even so, even without it he probably should be able to beat Glads, given his powers as an Elder of the Universe, and how he choose to channel all that power into physical prowess even before he had the Power Gem.
You're right, Champ did have the Power Gem at the time. But I still think his strength, durabiltity, skill and experience would be enough to take Glads out.
