Based on what Comic Vine has to say about them it looks pretty even to me. Both super invulnerable, godlike intelligence, taken on the biggest of the big. Good match-up at least. I vote Thanos, I like him better and Death won't let him die.

Thanos can beat BA solo, Champion could prly beat him too so its an overkill....

Oh I don't know......How about that he is massively faster than either of them in reaction speed, so that he move ana attack in similar ways to the Flash i.e. at speeds so great that the pair of them will have have time to react.Black Adam picked up a fully loaded Aircraft Carrier (so roughly 100,000 - 150,000 tonnes) and casually threw it hundreds of miles.He could easily scoop up Champion at super speed and throw him in to space."
