both characters have watched a video of the other

they get 1 day to prepare for the fight

Win by death, KO, or incapacitation

Location

Both begin visible

Begin on opposite ends

Fight takes place here

@darktiger I will let you read through the op to see if this is the setup you want....If it is than go ahead and make the opening argument. And if you wish to use another character instead of batman or want me to use another character just tell me and I will change (as long as it is with in reason).

First I would like to start off with actual strategic battle planning and skill,batman can use grappling hooks to go in air combat with spidey.He can make bat armor with super strength and use grenades ,to trip spidey up,A few scans showing off his talent if I may.

@darktiger: Spider-man has webbing so the grapple is not an advantage to batman. He wont trip spider-man up with grenades. Spider-man is a premiere dodger in the marvel universe. Your first scan doesn't really matter because no one there has the same physicals as spider-man. Your second scan is a better all though batmans face is still exposed so spider-man can always go after that.

No he can't batman has prep and video footage so he will anticipate and predict spidey's every move,also his bat armor can injure spidey with a few punches and kicks,it is made out of titanium

Batman is not going to just know spider-mans moves because he watched a video of him. He's not midnighter. I never doubted his armor could hurt spider-man but I doubt he can tag spider-man. Not to mention spider-man having prep he can show up in his ends of the earth armor which was designed to take hits from rhino. And how strong is this armor exactly? Also I don't see the point of your scan?

showing his armor is fire resistant and spidey get's close to bat's he is a deadman

@darktiger: The scan of batmans armor being fire resistant doesn't really apply because spider-man isn't going to burn batman...And why is spider-man a dead man if he gets in close? Its not like this is the first mech suit he has faced. Here is his fight against iron man 2020. He may not be as advanced as regular iron man but he is probably as advanced as the suit you brought up for batman.
