I'd think any one Celestial could beat him. But I'll see what others think.

the most powerful version of him is when he was the embodiment of victorious war. or the vertigo version of him in which he could leap beyond infinity to reach the end of the universe.

I was told his most powerful version (the one that beat chaos king) was living tribunal level.

The Monkey King destroys the low Celestials, He has mild difficulty with the Medium level Celestials. Named Celestials stomp all over him!
