Celestials vs Dr Doom, Ultron, Thanos

With prep time on his side Thanos has defeated celestials before, Doom has done so in other realities.

With an unspecified prep time, sure they can.

Without any cap on prep, we can only assume they have infinite prep.

The team would win.

This is such bs, you're telling me these characters can now defeat Celestials?? And yet Dr. Doom is a mere dictator and Ben had kicked his @$$ several times! Please, just give Celestials some respect and don't bring up PIS scenarios.

You sound mad. Just calm down, realize Doom's stolen power of Galactus and Beyonder before (both superior to most Celestials), realize that Thanos has gotten the Infinity Gauntlet before, and that they could win off of that alone, not counting any nifty gadgets they come up with, or Doom just constantly stealing all of their powers.

Doom has ALL THE PREP time in the world to beat the FF. To this day the FF have his number. Nuff said.

Galactus is a dumb ass but then I suppose so are the Celestials

A celestial like Scathan can solo quite easily and I think so can Tiamut,TOAA, and Exitar.

Thanos with unlimited prep is no where near LTS level while Scathan is above LT.

LT couldn't defeat Protege while Scathan disapproved him with ease.

Scathan transported protege and beyonder while they were fighting without them knowing.

They then realised they were fighting on scathan's hand.

LTS also respects Scathan with great respects and couldn't himself defeat protege after drawing power from the ancient ones amulet.

How isn't that not above LT.

Let's just agree that we don't know what Scathan is capable of but this clearly doesn't put him below LT.

I haven't seen him defeat LT with no enchantments.

I am a little unsure to why that would not count in a thread where he has unlimited prep.

Unless team 2 has some sort of plot device ie. IG or HOTU then the Celestials don't even notice Doom or Ultron and if the combined might of Odin/Zeus/Vishnu doesn't bother Celestials then neither will Thanos.

• That has no supportive evidence to suggest that the feat alone qualifies Scathan as above LT.
  • *Cyclops can beat Havok, and Havok has beaten Hulk therefore does that mean that Cyclops is stronger than Hulk?*
• Scathan transporting Protege and Beyonder is irrelevant, it isn't some kind of display of power.
• Fighting on Scathan's hand also has no bearing on anything. Celestials are huge by Proxy.
• Protege copied LT after he copied Beyonder, Scathan's ability to "approve" or "disapprove" may not be a copy-able ability.
• It isn't above LT because there isn't enough evidence to suggest that Scathan is more powerful than LT. There was no display of power from Scathan whatsoever, what happened was that he used an ability that was effective against Protege. Nothing more. Living Tribunal has time and time again been stated to be above the Celestials.

I will agree that I have no idea what Scathan is capable of, and I never will. Scathan was nothing more than a plot device for a single arc of GoG. We probably won't ever see him again because he is uniportant. LT has numerous high end feats that are undisutable, no no knows the spectrum of what Scathan can and cannot do therefore it isn't plausible to assume he is stronger than the second strongest entity in the Marvel Universe from a single action.

Where in writings has it been proved that Scathan is just a celestial?This is just because of his lacks of feats which certainly doesn't puts him below LT.

Scathan's powers are neutral and his disapproving abilities have blinded protege before he got defeated.

Can LT blind him like that?

If LT is is second to TOAA within the multiverse but there are others that are from beyond and for a matter of fact,Scathan was never proved to be an ordinary celestial.

Is Fulcrum more powerful than LT?,Then so is Tiamut.And this is how you are arguing about Scathan being below LT.

If he does gets the IG which LT have stopped working from the universe he still isn't proved to be above Scathan and nor is he with LT,Just very close to it.

@cosmic_reign: Tiamut's ascension ? Are you talking about his meeting with The Fulcrum? Because from my understanding that was just him finally developing a self awareness.

Also Tiamut is dead at the moment so I am not sure if he would even be a part of this debate.

I hate battles with prep, especially when they have to do with Thanos, Doom or Batman because eventually it just turns into 'Thanos would go grab cubes or the IG or hotu' or 'Doom has absorbed the powers of Galactus and Beyonder' etc. If you want Thanos to have the IG or a cosmic cube in a fight then just give it to him. If you want Doom to have the powers of some other being then just give that to him. With prep is just an awful premise for a battle imo, especially when its something like months and with characters such as the above.

If going by feats? Team absolutely murderstomps the sh!t out of the celestials.
