The PF these days is weaker than Odin - but so are no-name Celestials. So it's a toss up between which do you think is more powerful - DFF or a random Celestial.

If I remember correctly a small portion of the Phoenix force blow a hand off a Celestial.

Celestials are weaker than Galactus no matter how you slice it. Takes roughly three or more to challenge Galactus. It takes one Green Phoenix, weaker than Dark Phoenix, to beat Galactus.
