CaV Tornament: Ninjas

Rules:

• Only Ninjas are allowed (meaning they must know Ninjutsu)
• Character must be below the Tier of Savage Hulk but Above the tier of Scorpion (Mortal Kombat)
• As Little Hax in a character as Possible but no Reality warping powers
• Only two characters per Series
• I'll randomize the Match Ups as well as make the Debate Forms
• Be Nice Folks

So what other characters besides Narutoare allowed? There is like hardly anything outside Naruto to meet this level.

I would reckon Soifon and her type of shinigami would be allowed

@decaf_wizard: I guess Yoruichi as well in that case. Kisuke was a ninja in the past don't know if it would be accepted.

Can I use Madara (Six Paths Mode) If not him, then I'll use the Second Tsuchikage.

@divell: Does Kisuke even count as a ninja? I mean rules state character must know ninjutsu and Kisuke doesn't know to my knowledge.

Honestly Sasuke and Pain are hardly ninja's in anything more then title. Can they actually be ninja's instead of mid tier power houses shooting down meteors -_-

Kisuke was part of the ninja squad in Bleach, ninjutsu can be considered as Kidou in Bleach.

Agree. You'd be hard pressed to find characters that use ninja techniques/are called ninjas that can casually blow up mountains.

Neither is the SoSP or Naruto or any of the people likely to be in this thread.

The OP should restrict this to low-mid tier.

Could I use Zero from Megaman? He Isn't really a ninja but he has many ninja-like attributes and Twin Dream, Sentsuizan and other moves are kinda ninjustu-y.

There are very, very few ninjas even close to Sasuke's level outside Naruto. Like, I can name 1, and even he would likely lose 7-8/10.

I think they should be restricted somewhat.

Kisuke would be considered ninja. Most names with Suke usually are ninja related anyways

Just to clear things up, Kido is not ninjitsu. Kido is pretty much magic. They do practice ninja elements though with certain characters

I know that. ninjitsu is actually a real thing. Its pretty much the art of the ninja. Im just saying to compare kido definition and ninjitsu would be wrong comparison. Bleach does have their version of the art of ninjitsu but the name is escaping me right now
