@deathhero61: Yeah, Not that I ever find back story necessary, unless it helps explain their skills or power levels, and/or intelligence. Mainly I stick to powers, skills, weapons, gadgets, feats. But, with some characters the backstory is good to have.
Before becoming a sweeper, he was an agent for the International Bureau of Investigation, along with his partner, Lloyd Goldwynne, who was a clairvoyant. After being attacked by members of a crime family, Sven loses his right eye and Lloyd sacrifices himself to save Sven. A week before his death, Lloyd registered as an organ donor. The night he died, Sven received the vision eye.
Inventor: Sven is skilled in inventing and making innovative weapons and other various equipment, including bombs and special bullets for Train(we can assume that he has similar gadgets to train as well on him.)
Vision Eye: A transplanted eye from his partner Lloyd, who was a clairvoyent. The Vision Eye gives Sven the ability to see a few seconds into the future and allows him to dodge attacks easily. However, since the eye is not naturally his, using it's power puts a massive strain on Sven's body, so he normally keeps it under an eye patch. Sven's eye does not have the ability to see Creed's Imagine Blade, but that is due mainly to the fact that he "wasn't concentrating due to the sword's confusing movements", he later evolves it, through intense training, into the Glasper Eye. Which will be explained later on.
Marksmanship: He is known for having incredible accuracy with firearms, only rivalled by Train's own skills. He often uses his suitcase invention, but also uses a regular pistol, usually to no avail when it strikes his opponent.

This is back when he first had the vision eye an ability which allowed him to see in the future by a few seconds. Now the time itself may not be impressive but take into consideration that with the little time he had back then he managed to get out of some tight spots. Just so you know he has some pretty good reflexes even without his special eye so don't think he is completely slow without it.(look at scan 8-9 for reference.)

Stiyl's Kenaz(Flame Sword)cause Touma eyes like they were being burned
The lit cigarette flew horizontally, over the metal railing, and hit the wall of the neighboring building.
An orange line traced the cigarette’s path as an afterimage and sparks flew when it hit the wall.
“Kenaz (Flames)."
The instant that Stiyl muttered, the orange line exploded.
A sword of flames appeared in a straight line as if someone had turned on a fire hose loaded with gasoline. The paint gradually changed color like a picture being scorched by a lighter.
He was not in contact with the fire but it still felt like his eyes were being burned just by watching it. Kamijou instinctually stopped running and brought his hands up to cover his face.

Everything around Stiyl's flames was melted
For an instant, the magician froze in place at the voice coming from those hellish flames.
With a roar, the wall of flames and smoke swirled and was blown away.
It was as if a tornado had appeared in the center of the flames and smoke and blew them all away.
Kamijou Touma stood there.
The metal railing had been melted like a sugar sculpture, the paint on the floor and walls had peeled, the fluorescent lights had melted and dripped down in the intense heat, but the boy had remained unharmed in the middle of those unworldly flames and scorching heats.

“Huh?”
Suddenly his vainly spinning thoughts cut off.
Something was not right. Kamijou checked the time displayed on a department store’s electronic billboard. It was exactly 8 PM. It would still be some time before most people were asleep, and yet, a horrible silence had fallen over the area like that of a forest’s at night. A strange, out-of-place sensation hung over the area.
(Come to think of it, I haven’t seen anyone since we were walking together…)
With a puzzled look, Kamijou walked further along.
And when he came to a major road with three lanes in each direction, the out-of-place feeling shifted to a full-blown sense of things being blatantly wrong.
There was no one there.
No one entered or exited the major department stores that lined the road like drinks on a convenience store rack. The footpath that usually felt overly narrow now felt horribly wide, and not a single car was driving along that runway of a road. All of the cars parked on the side of road were empty as if abandoned.
It was like a farm road out in the country.
“This is because Stiyl carved the Opila rune for a people clearing field.”
A female voice suddenly entered his head like a Japanese sword stabbing into the core of his face.
He had not noticed.
She hid behind nothing and did not sneak behind him. She stood in the center of the wide runway-like road around 10 meters ahead of him, cutting off his path.
It went beyond the point of not seeing or noticing her due to the dark. An instant before there truly was no one. But, in the time it took him to blink, the girl had appeared.
“All of the people around this area have had their focuses averted so that they avoid approaching here for whatever reason. Most are likely inside the buildings, so worry not.”

Stiyl summon 10,000 carved cards around him
For an instant —just an instant— Stiyl gritted his teeth so hard it seemed they would crack.
“…Fortis931.”
Tens of thousands of cards flew from within his pitch black clothes. Cards carved with flame runes spiraled around like a typhoon and in no time at all had covered the walls, ceiling, and floor without gap. It was just like Hoichi the Earless.

Stiyl's flame sword reach up to 3000 Celsius
Past the hands covering his face, Kamijou could see the magician smiling.
While smiling, Stiyl Magnus swung the blazing flame sword horizontally at Kamijou Touma.
The instant it touched him, it lost shape and exploded in all directions like an erupting volcano.
Heat waves, flashes of light, explosive noise, and black smoke burst in every direction.
“Maybe I overdid it.”
Stiyl scratched at his head in front of what looked like the aftermath of a bombing. Just to be sure, he looked around to see if anyone was coming out to see what was going on. It was the first day of summer vacation, so most of the residents of that boy’s dorm would be out. However, it would be bad if some friendless shut-in was in one of the rooms.
He could not see ahead directly because of the screen of flames and smoke.
However, he did not need to check. That strike had created hellish flames of 3000 degrees Celsius. At temperatures above 2000 degrees Celsius, the human body would melt before it burned which meant the boy likely looked similar to the metal railing that had melted like a sugar sculpture. It was probable that he was splattered across the dorm wall like a used piece of gum.

Stiyl killed the fake Aureolus via Flame Sword
Do I need to make a final prayer for you as a priest, alchemist?” Down the stairs, Stiyl Magnus spoke as he arrived before the man.
“Stop dragging this out. You’re just a magician.”
The moment the fake Aureolus replied, Stiyl’s flames entered him through the mouth, quickly consuming the inside of his body. The flames burst out from every opening and the abdomen shattered, splitting him in two. Copious flamescontinued to burst out and Aureolus’ upper body shot out like a rocket.

Rune Fire Illusions
Stiyl had created a mirage of himself to fool the fake Aureolus and Stiyl cut off the fake Aureolus leg an arm.
The fake Aureolus could take no more. It was not an issue of being a fake. The point was that he had spent immeasurable effort to create that one and only spell, how could it have originated from another person?
The fake Aureolus decided to use his full power to crush the enemy before him, raising his blade.
“Also, you should understand this one clearly. How could the real Aureolus Izzard lose so easily?” said a voice from behind the alchemist. In a moment, a warm, oven-like atmosphere brushed past the alchemist’s face. Then, in a formerly empty place, Stiyl Magnus appeared.
A mirage…?! The fake Aureolus began to back away.
The so-called mirage was a phenomenon caused by thermal expansion that caused light to refract. Thus, it was possible for Stiyl to seemingly melt into the air or cause himself to appear somewhere like a movie projection. Such a fake image was what was repeatedly speared by Limen Magna. The true Stiyl had hidden himself in the air and crept behind Aureolus.
Aureolus thoroughly perceived Stiyl’s tactic in but a moment. It was with such mirages that Stiyl avoided Limen Magna. However, the illusions that were speared seemed to cause mental falsehoods for the alchemist and the moments where the illusion and body overlapped were the most precarious.
If Stiyl stopped to think, he would have been filled with holes.
As the false Aureolus dragged his thought back to reality, a sword of flames appeared in Stiyl’s right hand, which swung vertically and hacked his left hand and leg off. The cuts were extremely smooth, like a hot knife slicing butter. The parts sliced by 3000 Celsius flames did not even bleed.

Stiyl Magnus fooled Aureolus that Stiyl was torn apart and also Aureolus is a low tier reality warper
Stunned, the boy turned to Stiyl. That’s impossible, right? Isn’t that thing summoned with the runes all over the dorm? Besides, Innocentius was stationed in the student dorm to protect Index.
It was apparently a hoax, a hoax meant to slightly extend Kamijou’s lifespan.
Aureolus’ burning, cannon-like eyes glared at Stiyl.
“Float into the sky, Father from London.” Aureolus said it quietly, as if preparing for an execution.
Once he had finished, Stiyl’s body floated into the air like gravity was forgotten everywhere below the ceiling. Kamijou automatically stopped. Imagine Breaker was capable of negating the command but, a simpleton would have known they were much too far away.
“YOU IDIOT! IT’S EASY FOR YOU TO BEAT AUREOLUS! THAT GUY’S WEAKNESS IS THE NEEDLE! YOU SHOULD UNDERSTAND THAT MEDICAL STUFF!” growled Stiyl to have the frozen Kamijou move.
Aureolus glowered at Stiyl with razor sharp eyes. “Explode from the inside, rune magician.”
With a mysterious and uncomfortable noise, as commanded, the rune magician had expanded like a balloon and then exploded. Blood, flesh, bones and internal organs splattered the area. Flesh and blood stained the ceiling, making a large oval shape. The entire room, covered in the human body, was like one large museum created from the magician’s flesh.
“…!”
The truly terrifying thing was the fact that the blood vessels were intact, the heart undamaged. Like the map of a train, the visible heart pumped blood through the long blood vessels into the internal organs and back into the heart.

“You still don’t understand after I said so much? Basically, the reason why he missed the first two times wasn’t because of your acting but because I used my magic to create an optical illusion around Aureolus.”
“What…?” Kamijou looked at him with surprised.
“What’s so surprising about that? I specialize in fire magic. Using heated air to create mirages and manipulate light refraction to create optical errors is not outside my area of ability.”
“Ho-Hold on! I’m not surprised about that! Weren’t you blown to pieces and splattered all over the ceiling? How were you able to cast magic in human constellation mode?”
“Human constellation is an interesting description… but, this is none to strange, is it? I was alive the whole time so of course I could refine life force to create magic. It’s a good thing my rune cards were scattered all over the floor when I exploded!”

Stiyl made illusions of him and Index
Kamijou frantically shouted, but the four enemies were standing in the middle of the road, and so Kamijou was unable to get to Index. Stiyl raised his flame sword, standing in front of Index. Two of the enemies, both of whom were wielding longswords, charged forward, as if they wanted to run Stiyl and Index through.
DONG! There was a heavy collision sound.
“———!?”
Hearing that, Kamijou was scared nearly to death. But once he looked at it calmly, he noticed that Stiyl was not even bleeding. What was more, the two enemies who had charged at him simply went through his body.
A mirage.
Stiyl’s afterimage left behind a mocking smile and faded into nothing. The smile did not seem to be directed at the Amakusa, their enemies, but rather at Kamijou.
The duo then disappeared into thin air.

Innocentius
This is Stiyl Magnus trump card when come to his battle.Innocentius is a fire demon that will kill anyone Stiyl want to be taken down.Innocentius is limited due to the amount of carved rune cards are placed.Innocentius won't leave any location which the rune card are at.
Stiyl summon Innocentius which Touma was unable to negate
“MTWOTFFTO. (One of the five great elements from which the world is constructed.) IIGOIIOF. (The great flame of the beginning.)”
An unpleasant sweat began to drip from Stiyl’s entire body. This was because the creature before him in a summer uniform had taken the form of a human. Stiyl’s spine trembled as he got the feeling that inside that boy’s skin was not flesh and blood but some strange oozing something.
“IIBOLAIIAOE. (It is a light of blessing that raises life and a light of judgment that punishes evil.)IIMHAIIBOD. (It is overflowing with calm blessings and with freezing misfortune that destroys cold darkness.) IINFIIMS. (Its name is fire and its role is the sword.) ICRMMBGP! (Be manifested and become the power that eats into my body!)”
The torso of Stiyl’s priest’s habit swelled out and forces from within popped off the buttons.
With the roar of flames sucking in oxygen, a giant mass of fire shot out from within his clothes.
It was not merely a mass of flames.
The crimson burning flames had something black and dripping like fuel oil at its core. It was in the form of a human. The thing was reminiscent of the seabirds dripping with black fuel oil after a tanker accident, and it was eternally burning.
Its name was Innocentius. Its meaning was “I will surely kill you.”
The giant flame god who bore the meaning of certain death spread its arms and charged toward Kamijou Touma like a bullet.
“Out of the way.”
Kamijou used a backhanded blow with the annoyed attitude of someone brushing aside a spider web.
Kamijou Touma blew away Stiyl Magnus’s final trump card. As if he had stabbed a water balloon with a pin, the human-shaped fuel oil symbolizing the giant flame god burst into spray and scattered about the area.
“…?”
Kamijou Touma had no real reason for not taking his last step at that moment.
It was simply that Stiyl was still smiling despite having his final trump card destroyed. That expression was enough to make him hesitate before carelessly taking that last step.
The sound of a viscous liquid moving could be heard from all around.
“Wha-!?”
As Kamijou took a step back in surprise, the black spray returned from all directions, gathered in midair, and reformed into a human shape.
If Kamijou had taken that last step, he would certainly have been enveloped by flames from all directions.
Kamijou’s mind was thrown into disarray at the scene before his eyes. If his right hand could do what he was always saying it could, it could negate even the systems of God seen in myths in a single strike. If that had been the supernatural power known as magic, he should have been able to negate it with that one touch. And yet…
The oily fuel within the flames writhed, changed form, and now seemed to be holding a sword in both hands.

Index explained why Innocentius cannot be negated by Touma
“Runes.”
Kamijou Touma heard something.
Due to the danger in front of him, he could not turn around, but he certainly heard someone’s voice.
“Those twenty four characters used to indicate mysteries and secrets have been used as a magic language by Germanic tribes since the 2nd Century and are found in the roots of Old English.”
However, Kamijou could not believe it was Index’s voice despite knowing it was.
“Wha-…?”
Despite how beat up and bloody she was, how could she be speaking so calmly? He shakily thought.
“Attacking Innocentius will have no effect. Unless the rune engravings carved into the walls, floor, and ceiling are eliminated, it will revive as many times as necessary.”
Kamijou Touma supported his right wrist with his left hand and just barely managed to keep the cross from advancing any further.
Kamijou timidly turned around.
The girl was indeed collapsed there but Kamijou was unable to give “that” the name “Index”. Like a machine, her eyes were utterly lacking in emotion.
With each word she spoke, more blood flowed from the wound on her back.
She paid no heed and seemed to truly be nothing more than a system meant to explain magic.
“You’re… Index, right?”
“Yes. I am the grimoire library belonging to Necessarius, the 0th Parish of the Anglican Church. My proper name is Index Librorum Prohibitorum, but that can be abbreviated to Index.”
The way that grimoire library named Index was acting, Kamijou almost forgot about the giant flame god trying to kill him. He experienced such a chill coming from her.
“With my introduction complete, I will return to my explanation of runic magic. Simply put, it is like a reflection of the moon in a lake at night. No matter how many times you strike the lake surface with a sword, it has no meaning. If you want to strike the moon in the lake surface, you must first turn your sword on the real moon floating in the night sky.”
After hearing that explanation, Kamijou finally remembered the enemy in front of him.
Did she mean that what stood before him was not the true form of the supernatural power? Was it something like a photograph and its negative? Would it continue to revive unless he destroyed a different supernatural power that was creating the giant flame god?

Innocentius resist the power of Dragon Breath(Which I remember is Island level+)
But before he could, Index turned her head.
Like a giant sword being swung, the pillar of light was swung back down, slicing back through the night sky.
Kamijou was going to be caught by it again!
“Innocentius!”
As Kamijou prepared himself, a spiral of flame appeared in front of him.
The giant flame took on the form of a person and then spread out its arms to act as a shield against the pillar of light.
It was truly like a cross protecting man from sin.
“Go, esper!” shouted Stiyl. “Her time limit has already passed! If you want to do this, don’t even waste a second!!”
Kamijou did not respond with words or even turn around.
Before he could, he ran around the colliding flame and light towards Index. He did it because Stiyl wanted him to. He did it because he had heard Stiyl’s words and understood the meaning held in them and the feelings hidden behind them.
Kamijou ran.
He ran!!
“Warning: Chapter 6, Verse 13. New enemy confirmed. Changing combat considerations. Beginning scan of the battlefield… done. Focusing on the destruction of the most difficult enemy, Kamijou Touma.”
Index swung her head around, pillar of light and all.
However, Innocentius moved to protect Kamijou at the same time. The light and flames continued to eat into each other in an extended conflict of destruction and regeneration.

Innocentius made 250 warrior nuns scared that they were unable to fight and Stiyl just use 4,300 cards
There was a humanoid monster covered in orange flames that was standing beside Stiyl.
Agnese didn’t know what that monster was.
But everyone who knew it called it,
"Innocentius".
A flame monster with a temperature of more than 3,000 degrees Celsius. Once created, it would continue to implode and regenerate, melting the enemy's every attack and any obstacle until its enemies were vanquished; a super offensive magic that followed the principle of "offence is the best defense" to the letter.
But even those who had seen this magic before would wonder if they were seeing an illusion at this moment.
Compared to back then, the Innocentius right now was completely different: the density of the flames and the momentum were different. The heat that was released from it distorted the air surrounding it, and there seemed to be countless invisible wings behind its giant back.
“I used 4,300 rune cards.”
The red-haired priest casually said.
“This number isn’t much… but the Amakusa are really something. They used the position of the runes to form a large picture, setting it up such that there’s a magical meaning throughout this entire place- which means that the Church of Orsola has become a giant magic array. And they even placed this construct outside the effective area in order to prevent the boy’s right hand from destroying it… Such a multi-structured magic array that includes and uses so many things, although it’s unorthodox, I may end up spending a lifetime studying this and still be unable to finish learning it.”
Stiyl proudly looked at the lump of fire in front of him.
“Thanks to them, the rune cards had been set up. Come to think of it, almost everything had been set up before the battle, and we were just touching it up just now, like filling up the missing parts of a jigsaw puzzle. Oh, yeah, I haven’t introduced myself. I’m never the type that will run around as they fight; I prefer to stand at one point and wait. Because of this reason, I need this kind of magic.”
The doors of the church were opened, and one could see the scenery outside. On the flat stone atrium, where there was not even a single blade of grass, burn marks from the magical flames were everywhere. The nuns in black robes were lying all over the place. Their flesh wasn’t burnt to ash, nor were they seriously burned.
The explosions that they had just heard had likely came from this flame monster.
The shockwaves caused by the flames pushing the air away had sent the nuns sprawling on the floor.
These nuns that couldn’t get up were just comatose.
Though only a fifth of the nuns had lost their combat capabilities, the destructive capabilities of Innocentius scared the rest, causing them to grit their teeth, not daring to rush forward.
At 0:36,Styil destroyed 1/3 of a support beam of the Endymion which is a elevator that can reach up to space.

Kaine Parker is a clone of Spider-Man created by Jackal. As he was an imperfect clone, he was discarded. He then tried to kill Ben Reily to "help" peter in his madness or something...I've honestly never read a single classic Kaine issue. Let's fast forward.
During the events of Spider Island, Kaine was purified and is now a perfect clone of Peter Parker. Later, he died and was reborn as the other, gained vastly superior stats to Spider-Man
Strength
Kaine is generally accepted as a 20 tonner, but I personally put him at 30 tons.
First off we have this. Kaine easily breaks through chains designed to be unbreakable for Spider-Mans strength level.
Again he proves his superiority to Spider-Man in a fight with SpOck. He knocks him from an ally to a rooftop easily. Otto admits he is much stronger than him. He's floored so hard he can barely think.
Here Kaine breaks himself from Agent venoms hold while vulked out. Flash is around 35 tons himself.
While in the microverse he breaks a giant Amoebas jaw off.
Durability
After getting poisioned, Kaine is still capable of shrugging off kits from Kraven dressed as ben Reily. Kraven is strong enough to hurt spider-man and Black Panther w/vibranium
Kaine's got stabbed in the chest by carnage unfazed.
Gets stabbed by a poison knife and shrugs it off.
Gets stabbed by armadilo a bunch and isn't concerned about his safety.
Speed
Catches an arrow that he didn't see fired, impressive when you consider he doesn't have the spider sense.
Speedblitzes the assassins guild. Even harvester(who previously appeared as a blur) can't properly react to him.
Causally avoids automatic fire.
Kaine, when bloodlusted, turns into the spider monster called the other. The best way to show the stat boost he gets from this is to show his fights with these werewolfs in both states.
The Aphrodite Protocol was created in 1971, and first initiated around 1980 with the creation of Aphrodite androids. They started out as fully synthetic, but around 2011 they created the first bio-synthetic model in Aphrodite V. In 2078 they finally had the first live natural birth of a techno-biological singularity with tri-helix DNA and three additional artificial chromosome pairs, Aphrodite IX. Aphrodite IX is known as the "Tracker Killer" model, and is a 225% improvement over the generation VII models (which puts her far above models VI and V). Our protagonist here is exceedingly unique in that she is regaining a sense of self above and beyond her programming, and for unknown reasons also has an artifact known as the Coin of Solomon implanted in her brain.
The Physicals:
Aphrodite is a marvel of genetic engineering and cybernetics. She was built to be above a peak human in all respects (strength, speed, durability, etc), with a neural processing speed faster than any human, and has the ability to temporarily enhance these stats through an "adreno-glycaline surge", and with these increased stats comes increased neural processing speed as well. Most of the below feats (except maybe some of the strength feats) are possible for the baseline Aphrodite IX.
Strength:
We can clock her average deadlift at 275.5 pounds (1510 pounds with moderate surge), bench press at 242.5 pounds (1323 pounds with moderate surge), striking pressure at about 1522 pounds per square inch (3626 pounds per square inch with moderate surge) and can probably increase her strength to roughly the 2-5 ton range depending on if she goes for more heavy surge usage.
She has lifted heavy machinery and punched through concrete floors and thrown full grown men around like ragdolls:

Not to mention that Aphrodite models aren't unfamiliar with tangling with and dealing with far stronger foes. Aphrodite IV has a history with the Witchblade. I won't hazard to guess just how strong that little puppy is, but it has allowed Sara to drop giant monsters and one shot a speeding semi-truck, and Aphrodite proved strong and skilled enough to tangle with her:

Being able to increase her strength levels and even striking power allows her to hurt armored foes with her bare hands (though realize her hands are reinforced with tensile strength metal fibers and she has an increased torquing ability with her muscles, so her hits tend to hurt a bit more). Sara in her Witchblade armor can tank hits from high level tonners, explosions, multi-story falls and so on, so that should show how effective her hits can be. I should also mention that IX has taken out quite a few armored foes with her punches.

Aphrodite IX can tank some damage like a champ. She can handle multi-story falls:

So, as we can see, she is pretty darn durable.
Agility, Speed and Reaction:
Aphrodite IX is pretty darn speedy when it comes down to it. On average, she can take the 100 meter in about 11 seconds with a sprint and not even be winded or breathing heavily. With moderate surge usage she can do it in about 7 seconds and can go even faster than that if she goes for a heavier surge usage. She once cleared 13 meters in 1.2 seconds and killed a foe before they could fully realize what was even going on, all the while dodging gunfire. Now, let's take a look at various other feats of speed, reaction, and acrobatics.

Fighting Skill:
To start with, Aphrodite IX has never really trained. All Aphrodite models are "trained" aka programmed in nearly every worldly combat technique to be the most efficient killing machines they can be:
She has also shown proficiency in numerous weapons, and is also exceedingly skilled with her Blade Kata (these weapons are capable of slicing up armored robots, and she does the below without the aid of her combat computer):

The CDI Model V.9:
Aphrodite IX comes equipped with a little computer (the CDI Model V.9) that can predict foes moves and lay out their fighting style before she ever sees them fight, as well as monitor her health, their health, power usage and can break down a foe to the genetic level, even to the point of telling her about their technological enhancement's and equipment.
Bear in mind, the Aphrodite that kept up with Sara, Cyberforce, etc, did not even have this little bad boy. And note that in many of the previous scans I have shown with her hand to hand and blade kata skills, she also did not have use of this little piece of tech. This little computer ups the ante a bit, and adds to what she can accomplish and do in combat, and it is all integrated and fully functioning with her skills and so on:

Also note that in some of those scans, she was able to increase her striking power to one shot armored foes. This computer let's her pilot vehicles she hasn't piloted before, learn and speak an unknown language, monitors the environment so her body can adjust itself and so on. And these systems include enhanced long range sensors, so sneaking up on her will prove a difficult task at best. Not to mention it constantly scans for weak points and can give her detailed information on a foe and the best way to kill them:

Pamela Isley was a gifted scientist, she got seduced by a guy that was a supervillian, he messed with her head by turning her insanse. Felt like I coped Harley Quinns origin their. Only difference is Ivy can control plants.
Nobody cares about the origins anyway.
Strength:
Physically, the serum Ivy was induced with turned her into a metahuman with the ability to send people ragdolling with hits and she almost killed Harley with a single punch:

Floraly, Ivy is in the very high ton range with the ability to throw double digit boulders around and to even keep a building from landing on her and Harley, and then throwing it off of them:

This is where Ivy lacks honestly.
While Talia wasn't trying to actively kill Ivy & Harley with bullets, She wasn't to shy with killing them (as it was a setup) by blowing up a building and trying to drop it on them.

Well Physically, Ivy is pretty much no more durable then a regular human. Although even while being drained from an industrial machine built to absorb water from plants by the hundreds, She still had enough strength to break industrial glass and swarm an entire laboratory with plants:
Ivy is also immune to all Toxin's including Joker Venom which someone like Gorrila Grodd,Wonder Woman, and even a guy who was purely made of Toxin's couldn't resist:
Plantly, all the strength feats double as durability and what not, but the plant's are capable of tanking automatic fire and still function properly to disarm a Joker imposter (I didn't save that scan), and have shown to be immune to sonic pulses:
It says later on (or before) that his gloves emit Sonic pulses, I'll go find that scan later.

Ivy is capable of controlling anyone through a single touch using her Pheremones.
Plant Avatars:
Ivy is able to make plant avatars shaped however she pleases and is able to control them by putting her conscious into them. While she is controlling the plant avatar, she is fully capable of still controlling plants and communicating.
Poison:
Ivy is able to use her Poison in the middle of combat by inflicting all her vines with it. She could use this to make paralyzing thorns, instantly killing toxins,etc. (Also shows her using the vines in combat)
She has also shown the ability to dissolve people with a kiss:

Son Goku:
Goku originates from Planet Vegeta and is a member of the Saiyans only to eventually become the most powerful pure blood of them all, though we can't go that far into his lifetime. As a baby he was sent by the Saiyans to the Earth in a space pod in order to eventually succeed in growing up and overtaking the planet to make it available for the Saiyans to sell. The fact that the Saiyans consider the Earth worth nothing more than a Saiyan baby to dominate the planet without further training of his abilities is pretty impressive, however this isn't what happened as Goku had suffered an injury to the head by falling off of a cliff when he was discovered by Gohan describing him as vicious but abnormally powerful. Due to his injury, Goku's instinctive intentions of wrecking havoc across the planet were altered to becoming a kind hearted Saiyan and he was further trained in martial arts under his Grandpa Gohan to increase his abilities. As a Saiyan, Goku is gifted with attributes beyond of what a human is capable of such as the following:
Superhuman Strength/Striking Power
In the first issue of the Manga, Goku demonstrates several feats showcasing his abilities but probably the most notable premise is his strength and striking ability. He is able to lift a large cylinder tree log and shatter it with a single kick:
Following that, he's able to knock out a giant fish with a strong kick:
Moments after that feat took place, Bulma accidentally crashed her car into Goku's caught fish then as a result Goku picks up and throws Bulma's car. Though the size of the car is noticeably small, the model is considered to be a Renault Turbo and they weigh in at approximately (minimum) 1,610 Pounds/0.8 Tons, or (maximum) 1,790 Pounds/0.9 Tons so it's still pretty considerable especially since it's only the first issue of the manga:
In his first proper fight, he one shots a bearlike warrior and then does the same to a pterodactyl using his power-pole. Speaking of the power-pole, as we all probably know it has no given limit to how far it can stretch to but it's best range has covered the 384,400 KM distance to the moon so it's definitely not limited:
Lastly, Goku is able to crush boulders with his bare hands and shatter three bricks with his finger:
Needless to say, if not the best Goku is definitely one of the strongest and best strikers out of the characters in this debate. However what's so good about his prowess in striking power if he can't handle tanking the same of what he dishes out? Fortunately, durability is also added into the equation of Goku's ability from his Saiyan anatomy and was probably the most excelling before Goku does significant training:
Superhuman Durability
As a Saiyan, Goku possesses densely durable skin capable of withstanding attacks that would kill humans on contact but only hurts Goku. He refers to his skin to be "as hard as stainless steel" and as the upcoming feats shall suggest, it's not hyperbole. He made that statement after getting shot by Bulma, only doing slight damage to him similar to when we get shot with paintball guns, Goku was also sprayed with a uzi by Bulma in a later issue to the same result:
Goku was smashed with an axe on the head, to a slightly more painful effect than bullets have on him:
And Goku was smashed through stone structures by Yamcha but could actually fight perfectly well afterwards:
Of course even if Goku can dish out damage with his attacks and soak a considerable amount of them himself, he'll need the necessary speed to execute his hits right? Another factor of which we can note the Saiyan on but will also be my closing attribute to this post, so he'll be playing as one of the important factors in the capturing of the flag itself:
Superhuman Speed
Probably more to do with his training with Grandpa Gohan than solely his Saiyan anatomy, Goku has possessed tremendous speed since the beginning of the series in both combat and travel speed that's relevant here in order to capture the flag. The Saiyan is able to dodge a sword swing from the bear we've seen him knock out earlier almost as if he'd vanished from the ground to the top of the bear's sword:
Goku has leaped over regular humans and tagged them before they could turn around to react, so he's no stranger to the art of speed-blitzing:
And finally, while undergoing training with Roshi he tested Goku and Krillin to see how fast they could over one hundred meters worth of distance with a stop watch timer. At first Goku accomplished it in 11 seconds, however that was only because his shoes were ripped but after he was given new ones he managed to sweep the distance in 8.5 seconds. That's roughly 11.8 m/s that Goku can sprint at, so this will aid him and his team relatively well:
Though at this stage Goku never officially hit the super sonic tier of speed so he isn't fast enough to properly react to bullets just yet, however he could easily aim dodge any from the team and his durability compensates for that perhaps disadvantage too. I figure this'll be enough for an opener at least.
