So Captain America is well...Captain America. If you don't know who he is then im suprised that you found yourself on this site. But just in case, here's a brief summary
- Scrawny kid
- Lived during WW2
- People wanted to give him steroids
- He gave in to peer-pressure
- Became Not-So-Scrawny man
- Ta-Da

Strength

Even though he is said to only be peak-human it seems highly unlikely
He is able to lift 1100 pounds fairly casually, pick up trees and huge chunks of the ground, as well as toss around Armadillo
Speed

A very quick person with even quicker reactions.
He can run a 40 yard dash in only about 4 seconds, as well as is able to extremely casually dodge projectiles, like bullets, due to his accelerated brain.
Fighting Skills

While speed and strength are very nice, what Cap does best is fight.
He is able to fight and beat incredible martial artists, people who cataloged every fighting style in the world, beat a full on tryharded put Beast, and beat up trolls from asgard. This is just a few facts to show you how strong in general Captain America is at fighting. People physically superior can't even touch him.
