Our team has the Best chemistry as Batman has experience in partnering up with law enforcement & Bond doesn't mind taking orders from someone like Batman.
Strode & Deadpool with be arguing the whole time, sure Deadpool has been on Super Teams before, but Strode never has. After the Librarian basically had to force Strode to make him learn how to use his abilities, I doubt Strode will be happy about a Super Hero team up situation. Also Strode has to get close to attack because of his knives, but our team has a long range advantage over him.
Iron Fist is a calm & cool under pressure, but dealing with Kaine or getting him to use teamwork is going to be very difficult. Kaine isn't much of a "Marvel Team Up" sort of guy.
Strategy:
At the Green Star Point, Batman uses freeze capsules to block the doorways & protect our team from the zombies. We cut a whole through the roof with Bond's laser cutter and throw up an explosive Batarang to cover us. Batman will scan the area and detect your guys location.
Bond will use stealth to sneak around planting the 4 explosives while Batman covers him from the Zombies & you guys.
Batman & Bond will have no interest in getting into a fist fight with Ironfist & Kaine or trying to duke it out with Deadpool & Strode. Our team is going to throw every gadget we have at you guys.
Batman & Bond will still be able to see Kaine even if he goes invisible due to our thermal googles & Batman's gear. Batman can also use the Hard Light gun on any of the superhumans.
Also Batman can take out Kaine's Scarlet Spider Suit with a magnetic batarang and/or the electric Batarang.
Bond will then cover Batman with the AKA 47 & explosive bullets.
As they sneak back off to their base and once safely inside, Bond will blow up the other half of the map with the bombs.
All you guys will be dead, Bond & Batman go out for drinks. The End.

Bio
Luther was a typical nerd that got bullied his whole life and didn't want any more of it. Luther receives "The Hercules Method" in the mail and is dedicated to make a change in his life. His mother is one of his priorities as he skips school to keep her company at home. Luther's father has gotten out of jail and he is worried for his mother's safety. Luther runs into a series of problems and finds out that love just cannot work for him, from his enemies killing his best friend, to his enemies causing him to accidentally kill his own mother.. Luther is not one to be dealt with. He is seen upon as a legend.. a story.. because he's truly unbelievable and talented in what he does.. and thats killing. He's pretty damn good at it all started with a book called the Hercules method
The Hercules Method is a progam that is to be followed precisely in order to gain results, of which gives the user twice the peak human in every aspect (Speed, Strength, Reactions) and not to mention gives the user the ability to read body language and put them steps ahead of their opponent while in combat. Luther has significantly excelled in the process and has surpassed those of its past users (Jack, Binder, Librarian) and used his power gained from the Method against those who stood in his way.

Luthers abilities don't put him near the physicality of his opponents (such as Kaine or Iron Fist) but he does have the advantage of Body Reading and considerable speed to put him as a danger to anyone on Lukes team and a plausible threat to anyone on Diddys team.
Strategy and Stuff
First and foremost, Id like to say that Deadpool and Strode won't have much trouble with eachother due to the fact that Strode has worked with someone before (given its his girlfriend and he hearts her so much) but he didn't have much of a problem working alongside someone. Given that my team doesnt know eachtother, it would seem like some sort of problem due to their personalities, right? Nah. Strode working alongside someone of whom is annoying shouldnt be much of a problem as they have the match at hand and have a goal to tend to and thats fighting against your team. Plus, Deadpool did have a pre-battle chimichanga, so being that Strode is on his team.. he would join him right? They'd get to know eachtother a tad bit before the battle starts (if you allow it of course) and shouldn't have much of a problem of getting in eachothers way. Strode isn't a blatant killer and wouldn't want Deadpool dead immediately. Sure, they have their differences but by no means would any attack eachother. But, on we go

Well, maybe. I doubt they'll be arguing due to the fact that theres not much to argue about besides a few wisecracks or puns that Deadpool would throw at him, but Strodes the kind of guy that doesn't mind any jokes every here or there as Petra and Pete have both wisecracked to him a numerous amount of times throughout the story and he didn't argue against them. Sure, he'd be a tad bit confused but the overall arguing factor I don't believe would be all that bad.

Well, given that Bond has a ridiculous amount of baggage on him, i see no reason why the Zombies wont be able to be the ones to get him and kill him here. Sure, he's fast and has a vast array of equipment but he's packing a bit too much on him for it to even be considered stealth. My dudes are at the red star and have the high road in this battle. Right when they see any sort of commotion on the battlefield (most likely from the struggle of Bond with the zombies and rushing back and forth to his vehicle for failed supplies) he'll be overpowered in the sense that he can be fired at and be attacked through the hoard of zombies that are coming for him and the others that are looking for a fight (diddys team) but I'm sure something will pop. Bond has a lot in his pockets, probably neatly oriented some mistakes should be taken at all costs but he's going to be extremely evasive against the zombies and the other team due to the fact that he has so many gadgets on him of which i believe is his downfall. Can he even drive the car in there? It's a Hell in a Cell so I don't see how he'd get that car in there anyways.

Im sure he'll be grossed out from the DNA samples from Deadpool. His blood stops healing factors and is just completely unsanitary. To what extent and battery life do these electrical gloves have? Forearm spikes and smoke pellets should be limited im sure. How many of these would he have to use against Iron Fist or Kaine?

Packing all that heavy gear, has the stench of wonderful flesh that the zombies will definitely notice. Diddys Team
Well, Deadpool and Strode are pretty outmatched against them. Your team is no doubt the most powerful but by no means will they get along. That 30 minutes of getting to know eachother will be nothing short of arguments and hostility towards one another due to the fact that Kaine is raging animosity and doesn't play well with others. I see them going solo in the sense of battle and not really teaming up but they can definitely be shot at.

FULL ON STRATEGY
They will keep that area where the Red Star is and utilize their grounding for pure protection. Anything (zombies) that come within distance will be killed and cut into pieces (from Deadpools swords and Luthers Strength Swipe) and luther will continue to make a pile of zombies from the amount he kills so if the zombies were to come within distance, they would have trouble moving past the point of the Great Wall of Zombies. Deadpool will also be on the lookout for any pesky Bats circling around anywhere and any Spiders moving around just in case he has to get a shot of 9 off. Strode will keep the balance of a plausible h2h with his knives if the opportunity arises and Deadpool will keep the limited ground. If he does see anyone within 50 feet coming for him, he'll use one of his flash bangs to disorient his opponents and fire heavily upon them. Armor or not, a headshot will definitely do damage from pure trauma alone. Strode will also do a mixture of his speed blitzs with the use of his knives and decapitate anyone who comes within distance.
Danny Rand is in a long line of powerful warriors who can wield something known as chi. He worked hard to gain these powers though, by killing a 200 foot long dragon. He is believed to be Iron Fist #66 . This fellow is a peaceful man, with amazing powers. He is my favorite character of all time for a reason :)
Speed:This man is one fast SOB. He might be the best street level bullet dodger. Iron Fist without the use of chi is already faster than any Olympic runner, the most peak you can be. However, when he uses his chi his speed can go far past supernatural, speed blitzing people left and right with ease.

Striking Power:This is where he shines. Since he has his chi his attacks are obviously enhanced but since Iron Fist got his buff he has been able to have 50+ level striking power.

Durability/Energy Absorption: Yet another thing he's awesome at! He has some great energy absorption and durability feats!

As you can see Iron Fist has been given some very deadly weapons to use...however he will only be using one of them. A Katana is a useful tool, however he has fists which can do a lot more damage than a sword, so he proceeds to shatter the vibranium with one punch. Then you have the nun chucks.....hate nun chucks. They are weapons that are way to complicated and don't do that much damage. So again, Danny throws them away. Now at last, we have the Throwing Stars. These babies are of 2 things Danny will be using to chi-throw at opponents(get to that later). He cant chi-throw, you might be saying but that is where you are wrong. In this scan it shows him chi-throwing a knife:
So if he is using a weapon that can cut through just about anything, and that is meant to be thrown + chi enhancements that skyrockets the speed and force= Leaving a whole in ANYONE here.

Now these are the more....interesting of the two sets of weapons. As most people know Kaine only uses 2 stingers in his arms, not 100. So I thought to myself, wouldn't those be good to throw. There designed like darts and they can poison any of these characters, except Deadpool, who would need about 3 of these before he gets paralyzed. But never the less, deadly weapons to use. As for the Scarlet Spider suit, just standard awesomeness.
Teamwork
Now we have teamwork. Kaine is a hot-head who loves to blow off in peoples faces. Iron Fist is a cool guy who is always at low heart rate and chill under pressure. Interesting match, huh? Now by know means I am I saying that we will have perfect teamwork, but if anyone's the person to team up with Kaine, it's Danny. As I said he is cool under pressure and can try and calm Kaine down. I believe that if he needs to, he will mind meld with Kaine to help understand each other better. Example of mind-melding:
So as you can see by the end of the 30 minutes of coming up with a strategy, they such have at least semi-function-able teamwork.
Now lets get into your teamwork:
Irage: Your team should have some kind of teamwork, but not a lot. The only reason Luthor dealt with Petra and Pete is because, A. He was in love with Petra and B. Pete is his best friend. Also while they cracked a few puns Deapool is on a WHOLE OTHER LEVEL. He consistently makes jokes and doesn't stop, ever. Honestly I don't know if Luthor could take it.
Luke: Saying you're team has the best chemistry is kind of incorrect. Either one of our team could have better chemistry than your guys. Both of your guys are lone wolfs, (and Bats is still a lone wolf even on the JLA) so I dont see them pairing up and making the perfect team. As Ira said, Bond is not just a mere law-enforcer, and I dont know how Batman feels about that. And I dont see Bond jumping at the chance of teaming up with a Billionaire playboy, who dresses up like a bat and hires 12 year olds to help with crimes.
Counters to Lukes Strategy
As Irage has already mentioned, Bond will be to his knees with gear and probably cant even walk. Just because it's standard gear, doesnt mean they all get used at once. I mean your carrying a freaking surfboard with you, what chance you got jumping around. And Batman might feel a little strain on him too, with all of that stuff. And it would be a MIRACLE if something did'nt blow up from bumping around.
Secondly, no one will be seeing Kaine anywhere. As I have shown, he can't be seen with special thermal goggles, like Batmans:
So you wont be throwing anything at nothing, right?
Also I dont see your guys sneaking past us. Kaine is just looking for people in stealth mode, and IF has heard people because they were sweating:

Countering Ira's Strategy
You a devious little cookie aren't ya? Just letting my team run into Luke's and not even caring? Well now your team is as good as dead. As you've said, my team simply outclasses yours. Were faster, stronger, and overall better. Anything you can, we can do better, except healing. My team can most likely dodge Luthors attacks and will be under cover when facing him. There's not too much too say about your team yet so I will leave it at that.
Strategy
Okay so my strategy is going to be pretty straight forward. Well at least I'm going to be doing what you figured. So as you can see on the map:
I have a pretty good position for camping, and thats what I'll be doing.
So for my 30 minutes we will be getting friendly and mind-melding for 20 minutes so we can work better together. Then Iron Fist will make the plan. He will get 75 of Kaine's stingers to use as projectiles. Kaine will then go invisible and stay around the area of the box so if Iron Fist needs him he'll come. But he will also try to be scouting people and telling Iron Fist where to find them or he will be killing them himself. Iron Fist will just be chilling in the box waiting to receive a call-out and striking, or if he just spots them on his own, they'll be targeted and killed. As I said the vibranium throwing stars can rip a deep hole in anyone here and the stingers will paralyze them and then we'll finish them off. If any teams try to come at us we will use our superior stats to simply dispose of them.
So Batman is going to look at Bond as a mere law enforcer? I dont doubt that they would get along, I just dont think their chemistry is at all the best as they dont know eachother at all. When has Bond taken orders from someone similar to Batman?
Considering the fact that Alfred was in MI6, Batman will have no problem with Bond. Batman is able to lead the JL in battle all of time. People who are much more powerful than anyone here. He can lead Bond. Bond was in the royal navy. There isn't going to be a problem
He could make a precise wall from the freeze capsules that will give his position away almost immediately? Youll be making a lot of noise from the explosive Batarang, so Strode/Deadpool and Diddys team will have you pinpointed from the sound alarm
True, but it's all part of the plan. If your team or Cddiy's comes a running to check out the noise. Bond and Batman will put on their rebreathers, open up the canisters of nerve gas, toss them up, and hit it with an explosive Batarang to disperse the gas.
You guys will be knocked the hell out.
Let's see how many times Bond has to run to his Vanquish to gather all them supplies :)
Actually the car can come to him(See Remote) & has some more surprises for you superhumans. Bond can leave all the gear he doesn't want to carry in the car.
Back to Strode & Deadpools buddy cop movie.
It doesn't take long for Deadpool to get on peoples badside.

When Deadpool joined the Great Lakes Avengers, showing typical hilarious Deadpool A-Hole behavior.
Strode will quickly tire of Deadpool & will put a fist through his head. Strode partnering up with his GF isn't the same thing as teaming up with a perfect stranger.
Well, given that Bond has a ridiculous amount of baggage on him, i see no reason why the Zombies wont be able to be the ones to get him and kill him here
Actually after Batman engages the first few Zombies & see's how the operate. Combined with his DNA kit & his connections with the Batcomputer. Also Considering he is brilliant scientific mind, it won't take him long to figure something out that Rick Grimes(Sheriff, not scientist figured out rather quickly).
Batman will order he & bond smear zombie guts all over there bodies, to the neck down.
So while the Zombies are attacking your team & Cddiy's team, Batman & Bond can stay Zombie free.
Luke: Saying you're team has the best chemistry is kind of incorrect. Either one of our team could have better chemistry than your guys. Both of your guys are lone wolfs, (and Bats is still a lone wolf even on the JLA) so I dont see them pairing up and making the perfect team. As Ira said, Bond is not just a mere law-enforcer, and I dont know how Batman feels about that. And I dont see Bond jumping at the chance of teaming up with a Billionaire playboy, who dresses up like a bat and hires 12 year olds to help with crimes.

Once again Bond is a team player, he has partners all the time. He was in the Navy where he had to learn teamwork. Bond will have no problem with Batman. Batman is the world's most respected Superhero after Superman. So, if we are working off of a "Shared Universe" concept there isn't going to be a problem.
Also morals are off. So, why does Bond care if Batman is using 12 year olds??? Yeah...

So let's do a review.
Deadpool is going to annoy Strode(who has never done a major Superhero team up or crossover).
Ironfist is going to try & date rape(mind rape) his own partner with Mind Meld & expect Kaine to be happy about it.
Batman is the most team friendly guy as he has the entire Batman Family, leads the JL, and has Batman Inc, and works with different Bat agents all over the world.
Bond would respect Batman, who is only 2nd in respect to Superman.
Bond learned teamwork in the Navy, it's a basic military concept.
Bond & Batmans are zombie free now. While you guys still have to deal with the zombies
Batman can still see Kaine, not by Thermo, but by other waves across the electromagnetic spectrum.
Kaine's suit gets the emp.
Both of your team's are knocked out from the gas.
Both you're teams although Superhuman are getting spammed by Bond's car weapons, which he can control via remote.
You all get Blown up from Bond planting explosives.
