so you stomp me last time but this time I have a character who is the highest of tier for street leveler.
Adeptus Astartes, or more commonly known as Space Marine, is the Super Soldier of the 40th Millennium.
Scan 1 and 4: Space Marine as per the Codex.
Scan 2 and 3: The 17 Organs that makes a Space Marine and bestows their super abilities. (note the Acid Gland is missing in the Imperial Fist Legion that the Black Templars share Gene-seed with... Raclaw has no Acid Spit)
Space Marine starting Strength from surgery is equal to....
"starting" Marine can carry 1,350 kg, lift 2,700 kg, and push 5,400 kg."

As time goes on they reach easy 5 toner status in overall strength.
Speed of a Space Marine is enough to track the projectiles of Bullets and the faster than human sight Eldar xenos. Overall they are very fast with constant references to Gene Enhance reflexes and speed.
Next lets look at the Recruitment of Raclaw.
As seen from the best of a whole Planet Raclaw was singled out. He showed great skill as a mere teenager. (All Space Marines must be in their teens for any hope of the Gene-seed taking root.)
Then he was implanted with half the Organs needed to become a Scout. (Note again. In 90% Space Marine Chapters Scouts are Space Marines in Training. However in the Black Templar Chapter Scouts are called Neophytes and when become worthy of being a space Marine become Initiates)
Now down to gear. Power Armour! Bolters! and Chain Swords! Oh My....
Scan 1:The Boltgun. This weapon is a 2 stage Rocket Bullet that blows a human body to pieces.
Scan 2 and 3: Power Armour and the Types. Raclaw wears the Mark VIII Errant Armour.
The Chain Sword is really just a adamantium tip Chainsaw in balance sword form. Added to this are the Anti Vehicle Krak Grenades and Frag Grenades he carries.

With no scope, she makes a shot from 5,600 meters away....or about 3.5 miles away, and drops her target in a single shot. Not to bad for a novice right?
This is Seras's first real combat mission, so she's a bit rusty, but does pretty fine anyway:

As you can see, she can do this full auto with her weapon, that first shot was from the perspective of a novice. Now, she guns down the hostage targets here, as well as the real targets, but from 4500 meters away at full auto it's still pretty dang impressive...
Oh, and she shoots her gun with one hand and no scope....I mean, is there any other way to shoot a 13.7mm?
Flicks a trained mercenary of the highest order into submission.....knocking him back several feet with each flick...

That was Seras before her upgrade...these days she does things like this:

Jump to 8:00 - Seras rips an 88mm FlaK Anti-Tank/Anti-Aircraft gun out of the Zeppelin. Not only does she rip through steel, but she supports this thing without any signs of strain. One of these ways about 16,500 pounds....
Seras is ridiculously fast, dodging bullets and moving at blinding speeds.
Blocks a host of assault rifle bullets with no real issue:

Tanks a shot from the captain, which at this point has been established to be able to go through reinforced steel rather effortlessly

@Floopay: Alright I added in the Iron Halo. it is not standard gear at all for Raclaw but it is gear in the SM Armory and be given to him at any time by the Marshal.
Okay.... ahhh sweet she can summon people she devoured too... cute. I wonder if her and Pip can still do it?!
Anyway with the Iron Halo I will have more fair shot at this match. It is such a game changer in many ways.
How do say Energy Fields work?
Kinda like this. This enemy Energy Field is way weaker tho.
Skip to 2:00. This captain defeats a Deamon Prince (who in most cases murder stomps Seras :) ) and tanks the Warp explosion while falling to the planet in a half mile free fall. Only dazed. Thats the kind of power the Iron Halo with Power Armour can tank.
It runs off a energy charge. Little hits will drain it but after broken it can be recharge in mere 10 seconds.
Even for Seras it will e hard to break thru that. Also most her attacks are use to weaker flesh or steel. Power Armour itself is harder than steel and more akin to wlaking Tank Armour.

As seen it is VERY Durable material. The only weakness in it is Joint Areas, Cable Bundle in Belly, and really thats it. the most solid Areas being the Pauldrons, Leg Greaves, and Back Plate. Everywhere else is real solid and outright ignores Low Caliber Weapons (.50 cal and lower).
The Auto Cannon in the above quote alone is proof of the Back Plate tanking Anti Tank fire. Then add to this the Mark VIII Armour RAclaw wears. It is slightly more durable and ignores both the Belly and Neck weakness.
Seras is fast... so are Space Marines and Raclaw is so skilled (and famous for it as leader of the Sword Brethren) he is comparable to feats of Space Marine Speed.
Scan 1: Calgar in the Slower terminator Armour throws attacks that are Blurs.. and thats real slow Terminator Armour to Power Armour.
Scan 2: Blood Gorgon Space Marine slaps a Bolt Gun shot out of the air from point blank.
Scan 3: A Space Marine slaps 3 Bolt Shells ot of the air at near point blank. Bolt Shells are faster than Bullets by alot at close distance. Looking at Mach 1.5 first 25 yards.
Now due note some Space Marines have better reaction feats than others. Many examples of some Space Marines seeing other fight in blurs they dont even fully register. However the fact that Raclaw leads the Sword Brethren of his Company (100 marines make a company) and survive countless 100s of years against Eldar and Chaos Marines prove his combat speed as exceptional.
Example of this was translated into the Space Marine Game. They wanted to make the game fair and made it only last a few seconds but in reality when focus they can maintain this level thru a whole battle.
So Speed wise Raclaw is not far behind. The real savior here is skill vs Seras that will be key here.
Seras Eat your Heart out.
This is where most Space Marines shine. As a Space Marine your sole lifestyle is eat, train, meditate, train, clean weapons, train, prayer, train, and sleep. Thats is there daily routine.
Space Marines can live forever and never die of old age ever. They are killed in battle. Space Marines like Raclaw have fought nearly every foe in the War Torn Galaxy. He doesn't fight the occasional Ghouls or Vampires... he faces Planets full of Orks, Eldar, Necrons, Mutants, and Chaos!
His first lesson from his Space Marine Mentor was a brutal one.
Raclaw fresh with his Organ Implants and in serious pain battles a possible recruit gone wrong. This Beast is Marine itself in stats with Berserk fury.
Raclaw as a novice makes his way to a Chaos Champ, a warrior of thousands of years and added gifts of chaos, and slays him with the meekest gear of Scout Armour, Chain Sword, and Bolt Pistol.
Here Raclaw chops thru hordes of Cultist and monologues his training.
Raclaw in his first battle. They face Orks. What makes this great is he fight the toughest Orks in the galaxy, the Nobz, to save a fellow Marine. Such skill and prestige in his first battle.
As a Neophyte (Scout, Recruit) he is already the equal to full blown Initiates (Veteran Space Marines). So good he becomes a Leader of his own squad of Sword Brethren. I keep mentioning Sword Brethren. Why? The Sword Brethren in the Black Templar's Chapter is their First Company. 1st Company is the top 100ish Space Marines in a entire Chapter. The best of the best among Space Marines Black Templar's Chapter. Black Templars are unique as the largest Space Marine Chapter in the Imperium. They consist roughly over 6000!
So I should have proven skill enough of matching Seras as of now. I have more to show of how far he surpass her when he changes his name to Gerhart (his mentor who died) when he joins the Sword Brethren and leads his own squad of them!

Even Pre-Upgrade, Seras is faster than a vampire, who is faster than your average bullet.
Yes, vampires are faster than bullets or at least dang near as fast in the time it takes each soldier to get off about 2 rounds, the vampires have crossed the entire hallway and ripped them apart:
Seras has stealth here too, even with such big weapons, she gets the drop on Vampires, who have superhuman senses and reaction times:

But how good is she with that thing? This is her firing straight upwards to slaughter a squad of vampires in the floor above her...
Show of regeneration, bloodlust, and speed:
Seras has had her arm cut off, a magical scythe through her back, her eyes cut out, and was at the end of her rope. This is the moment she ascends...
Instantly regenerates the moment it happens....

Battle-hardened SS Nazi's turned into vampires, Frozen in fear....
Again, their speed is no match for her...she can rip through nazi vampires with her bare hands like she's going through butter.
Those guns of hers are going to be rough to deal with. With a less accurate weapon she was able to hit a moving target in the back of the head from 3.5 miles away. Fully automatic she riddle her targets with holes with a 13.7mm from 2.8 miles away.
You gotta wonder, how well will that Iron Halo hold up to fully automatic anti-tank shells flying his direction?

Well let me counter some of those.
Space Marines are Combat Masters of all forms of combat and study the Astartes Codex like a bible.
The Codex is literary the greatest Strategic and Tactical manual in the Galaxy. All Space Marine are committed to commit it to memory.
As seen here all space Marines have every plan of action preempted and carry it out for maximum damage.
Also this level here....
Gives alot of cover from any long range fire. Fact is My guy can make to her easy enough. also that darn Iron Halo will tank almost all that Tank Shells in his sprint to her while taking cover.

That Astartes type Sprint will allow me to lock up quick. Point is Range wont be a factor at all really.
More on speed. The First one is impressive as the Stub Gun (a Machine Gun) shot only onc round while it all happen!

Speed wise Seras shows no proof of being faster than a season Marine like Raclaw.
Seras durability is impressive vs Blunt Damage. As shown tho Blades and Bullets can rip her to shreds. If enough Blood is around she could Regen but the only blood she can get a hold of is Raclaws!
Not going to happen with Iron Halo, Power Armour, and Space Marine Healing Factor. Any Bleeding Clots immediately! A Benefit of one of the many organs. Space Marines don't bleed much at all.
Also that chain Sword will cost Seras alot of blood!
Seriously she will be fuged up like NO OTHER has fuged her up. Added to that the Bolt Pistol!

Here Gerhart lead the victory against the Necron force on this crusade. Necrons are some of the hardest foes in 40K. Think of Terminator t-800, T-1000, and TX combined with Molecule destroying weapons and have a faint idea. Gerharts victory was flawless.
Gerhart leads the attack on Chaos Forces of this planet. He not only fights cultist but Chaos Marines themselves! He even uncovers what plan the enemy had for that world.
Finaly Gerhart plans the final attack to waste the Enemy. What makes this a big deal is the enemy Gerhart fights is non other than the infamous Thousand Sons!
Thousand Sons are the most powerful Psykers/Magic Users in the galaxy with automaton armour called Rhubic Marines that back them up.
Raclaw leads the attack and pushes into the heart of this force with nothing more than his Bolt Pistol, Chain Sword, Power Armour, and Faith he would win. At the end he killed all around him and lived long enough for the Chaos Sorcerer to be slain by his friend who caught up with him after awhile.
All the scans above is without the uber durable Iron Halo that tank those hits as I shown.
All in all i think Vampires rank lower than half the enemies Raclaw has faced. Again too showing the skill and endurance of Wars on Armageddon scale that Seras experience once in her life.

What are depleted uranium shells?
They are extremely dense and heavy shells. They are about 70% more dense than lead. It was essentially used because it was pretty ideal for armour piercing rounds. I don't believe it's used as often anymore (you'd have to double check me on that) because it was found to be radioactive enough to cause lots of health problems to any member of the military who was around it or used it for extended periods of time....
So what's it like in use?
Rips through the entire ranks of ghouls of something similar to Police Riot Gear...
Explosive shells you say?

This thing is much more accurate and powerful than the Vladimir Hallconnen II basic guns (but not the full device) I showed you before.
Seras has a huge physical superior advantage. She's stronger, faster, and has a massively enhanced durability (though the Marine beats her in durability for sure), and has a powerful healing factor to back her up. So what's her training and tactical advantages?
Vampire running away from Seras? Good luck with that.
May not be as impressive as 40k training and experience, but she was a cop...
She is a remarkable shot, and she knows how to get the element of surprise. Her ambushing Dandy man
Over and above that I've already proven she has a huge tactical advantage here.
You see, whereas Raclaw has the advantage in experience and training, Seras has another advantage...that is, she has two sets of eyes, and two minds to overcome every situation.
My Manga Chapters aren't all working, so some of these feats are going to have to come from Ultimate, same basic concept, but not nearly as impressive (This part you've seen in earlier scans).

Proof she has Pip's Memories and Soul (this is the chapter I can't get open):
At 2:15 - Showing of speed and strength. Can create enough friction with her speed to grind Zorin's face into nothing, considering at beast that Hallway is going to be 25 yards long, that's a lot of speed and pressure she's applying (and this is to an elite vampire, not some normal human)

Advantages:
Raclaw has durability, but it's nowhere outside of Seras's wheelhouse. If she can rip 8 tons of steel through reinforced steel, and through it's restraints, I think she can do some heavy damage to that Iron Halo and the armor that lies beneath it. The Harkonen is an anti-tank weapon, capable of destroying a tank with one round. It's not a gun, it's a canon.
Yeah, Raclaw can cover a lot of distance when he leaps, but he'll be stuck in the air in a predictable trajectory, he'll be vulnerable to gun fire, and Seras can easily keep distance on him with her move speed.
He's a formidable opponent, but she's got a lot of advantages for him to overcome. Yes, he's taken on people more powerful than her, but the fact that he's less powerful than her doesn't give him an advantage. She's trained, deadly, has near perfect perception, is a marksman of the highest caliber, and can dodge anything he puts out, and can easily keep distance on him, and even strike him with melee strikes from a distance.

I proven already how easy SM combat speed and perception are as fast as Mach1+ So Speed is no big deal.
Eldar. Eldar are the fastest beings in the galaxy. They think 10 times faster compared to a human.
All examples of there incredible vampire level speed!
Heck even to Space Marines they are hard to keep track of.
A Space Marine Sergeant of the Blood Ravens keep up and shows how much a Veteran Marine can take!
Biggest Advantage. While Seras has skill from her cop life, she never showed any training at all since then. She simply relied on her stats to win. Having 2 sets of eyes and The Mercs thoughts on a fight may help bu while she is taking advice Raclaw is working with Muscle Memory and Battle Instinct gathered from races like Daemons, Orks, Eldar, and Necrons! Way more versatility than just Vampires.
Necrons alone would KO all of Hellsing including Alucard I bet. These guys have snuff stars! They have T-1000 reformation.
Blood Ravens put down Necron Squad. Look what happen to them!
Alot of dead necrons and with NO Tank support! All under the command of Gerhart (Aka Raclaw)!
You have a good Anti tank Rifle... big deal? The Bolter is anti vehicle as well and Space Marine tank their own round easy. Thats not including a Iron Halo that recharges!
And that type of Grenade Bullets are heading your way!
You claim the Regen helps alot but unlike Wolverine Alucard and Seras cant infinite Regen. she loses too much blood she weakens and dies.
I have weapons like the Bolt Pistol and Chain Sword design to cause massive trauma and blood loss. However my guy Iron Halo recharges in roughly 10 seconds of winking out! As per Down of War 2 and Space Marine Games.
So I have the massive Durability advantage to tank whatever you throw at me while I can easily whittle Seras down. Heck all her gunfire mean nothing too if Raclaw uses his Frags and Kraks like he is suppose to to keep you moving and working away and to him.
Seriously taking out Vampire Nazis is fun and games. But a Lone Veteran Space Marine have face World Level Threats in Daemons (worse than any Vampire) Orks (the the most durable scourges) Eldar (The most Psychic and speedy race out there with incredible Warp Tech) Necrons (the most advance Race in science fiction!!!) and Chaos Marines (Space Marines with even greater power and years of combat!)
The Space Marine is the God Emperors Angel of Death!

Seras's best Strength Feat:

That's 8.25 Tons that she's supporting with one arm effortlessly and without any signs of strain, unincluding the weight of the ammo. Over and above this, it had to be ripped off of whatever mounting device it was attached to, plus she had to go through the resistance of the steel floor, and the fact that it was below her. Overall, we'll say 12 tons (though it's probably much more based on the tensile strength of steel, but whatever).
Space Marine's 40 Ton Feat:
That's probably the best. Moving something that is 30 tons that is on a device meant to allow it to rotate, you even against the hydraulics it's still less force than the weight of the thing itself.
Now then for the 40 ton feat. When taken into perspective, your average human being can push about 1300 pounds maximum with both hands in the ideal position to push an object in (which is the pushing stance that the Marine seems to have taken, which makes sense because he's trained and knows how to push properly).
Now then, this is your average person, at peak performance this can be several times higher, and well over a ton (remember, this isn't lifting, this is pushing, the amount of force required is severely less, and this is assuming a smooth floor, like metal or smooth concrete, and even asphalt in some cases). But we'll stick with average, making the space marine 154 times stronger than your average person in pushing capacity.
Seras Victoria's 12 Ton Feat:
Your average person could maybe lift 50 pounds with one arm up to waist level, and 40 pounds to above their head with one arm and support it, and this is assuming that some amount of strain.
Her feat would put her roughly 600 times above the average amount of weight a normal person could handle with a similar physical test.
Space Marines can push a 40 ton Artillery shell for Orbit Guns!

Then This space Marine WITHOUT the Iron Halo (Power Armour showing) easily survives a ship crash from low orbit to planet.
I hate to tell you, but that feat doesn't really seem all that impressive in terms of superhuman durability. Your average person would be dead (though that's debatable actually), but any superhuman should be able to survive. The ship was almost fully intact, with the exception of some debris that fell on top of it, most of which would have shielded him from any further debris or rubble that happen to impact the ship during the rest of the crash.
Kinda like this. This enemy Energy Field is way weaker tho.
Skip to 2:00. This captain defeats a Deamon Prince (who in most cases murder stomps Seras :) ) and tanks the Warp explosion while falling to the planet in a half mile free fall. Only dazed. Thats the kind of power the Iron Halo with Power Armour can tank.
Okay, I'm sorry, but I'm debunking this once in for all for all of comicvine, I hate to pick this moment to do it, but I'm going to. People have been using free fall feats for far too long to support their arguments:
It doesn't matter if he fell 1 miles, 100 miles, 1000 miles, 5000 miles, etc. etc. There is such a thing as Terminal Velocity. To put things simply, an object can only fall so fast before it stops accelerating:
In fluid dynamics, an object is moving at its terminal velocity if its speed is constant due to the restraining force exerted by the fluid through which it is moving.
A free-falling object achieves its terminal velocity when the downward force of gravity (F) equals the buoyancy/resistance force of drag (F). This causes the net force on the object to be zero, resulting in an acceleration of zero.[1]
As the object accelerates (usually downwards due to gravity), the drag force acting on the object increases, causing the acceleration to decrease. At a particular speed, the drag force produced will equal the object's weight. At this point the object ceases to accelerate altogether and continues falling at a constant speed called terminal velocity (also called settling velocity). An object moving downward with greater than terminal velocity (for example because it was thrown downwards or it fell from a thinner part of the atmosphere or it changed shape) will slow down until it reaches terminal velocity.
As far as falling with Power Armor from that high up goes, yes impressive, but it's actually less impressive than tanking a tank shell, and this applies to near all Superhumans. It's the reason why someone like Cloud Strife can fall from almost any height and be unaffected, because once his durability is high enough to tank terminal velocity, it no longer matters how far he falls from, his body can tank the landing.
Over and above this I've shown Seras tanking bomb blasts, and attacks similar to those of anti-tank rounds (as in, rips through reinforced steel effortlessly) with little to no harm to her person.
Best Striking Feat from Seras
Seras is able to shatter the Captain's Arm as well as her own
I know what you're probably thinking, she's ripped through reinforced steel, grabbed that gun, blah blah blah. Why is this so impressive?
Well, Slashing and Piercing is clearly a superior form of damage over blunt force and impact damage. Why is this important, well, I'll show you:
Walter can rip through steel, vampires, bullets, riot shields/gear, and so much more with zero effort. Going so far as to destroy entire buildings and steel/concrete later on with his attacks. However, the Captain is able to CATCH Walter's attack with only mild bleeding. So shattering his arm using impact damage over piercing damage is pretty dang impressive:
But wait a minute, Walter is a 60 year old man, he was only able to do those other feats when he was reverted back to his physical prime from the Millenium tests! Well, look no further!
Still goes to Seras. Blocking hundreds of assault rounds without even looking at your target or at the bullets themselves is beyond ridiculous:
Plus the sheer quantity of feats I've posted of her speed blitzing vampires.

Thats right falling is impressive when your encase a haveir gear and gain extra momentum via Warp Explosion... so yeah more impressive.
Seras rips an 88mm FlaK Anti-Tank/Anti-Aircraft gun out of the Zeppelin. Not only does she rip through steel, but she supports this thing without any signs of strain. One of these ways about 16,500 pounds....
That's 8.25 Tons that she's supporting with one arm effortlessly and without any signs of strain, unincluding the weight of the ammo. Over and above this, it had to be ripped off of whatever mounting device it was attached to, plus she had to go through the resistance of the steel floor, and the fact that it was below her. Overall, we'll say 12 tons (though it's probably much more based on the tensile strength of steel, but whatever).
That looks cool. I really like how her Shadow Arm is used to brace various areas of the floor to help support the weight..... seriously its clear as day. She can lift alot but needed to brace holding 9 tons. Thats struggling.

Striking power may be more however Raclaw in Close Combat has his Bolt Pistol and Chain sword that will bleed out Seras badly and he uses both with major skill.
As seen he was impressive enough to kill a chaos Champ (guys with over thousands years battle experiences and killed the best to get the favor of the Chaos Gods) with his skill. Seras Skill is no match.

So her with a massive area covering arm relates to speed now? At least my space Marine feats are with mere hands and thin blades. Not a 5 meter covering shadow.
